I bought this fornmy 3 yr old. He enjoys it alot. I didnt care for the sleeve that came with it. I purchased him a more sturdy one with a handle. The tablet is a gift and a curse lol. Well priced and well built bc he has dropped it. And it still comes back

It’s such an amazing kids tablet for learning my 23 month old daughter loves playing learning games and she loves learning how to read especially the nursery rhymes books I would recommend this tablet hands down to anyone who has children who are around the same age and older

My wife and I bought this for my daughter's 6th birthday. She loves it. It is verry rugged and easy to use.

We debated on whether or not to replace his aging Kindle Fire with a new one (for $50) vs getting him the Galaxy Kids (for $80). My decision to go with Samsung was based mostly on the OS, which is the newest Android platform. This has many more options for apps- AND they update the OS as often as the apps, so he’s not stuck with apps he can’t use like on his Fire. (He would get so upset when his apps would say they’re no longer compatible with his 1-2yr old Fire.) This makes the extra $30 more than worth it. Plus Samsung is less buggy. We had to factory reset his Fire at least once every 90 days. Since the SD card we already had for the Fire was compatible with the Galaxy, the lower internal memory wasn’t an issue. Most importantly, he loves it! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the kid friendly and parental control mode is an app called “Samsung Kids”, which is subscription based. This is an added cost I feel is unwarranted when buying a Kids tablet. When my free 3 month trial ends, I will find out how much I miss it.

I bought this tablet for my child. I thought the kids version with filter was a great selling point. I later learned that you have to pay monthly to use that filter. However you can set up a kids profile and allow any app to be used or blocked for free. This tablet has great resolution and good battery life well recommended tablet.

Love this for my three year old son...I had bought him and amazon fire tablet and kept having issues with it rebooting on it's on and freezing after a while, so I exchanged for another fire tablet and still had issues with it. I finally decide to spend e few more bucks and get the galaxy tablet for him and both he and I love it!

My kid loves this tablet she never puts it doen lol. Easy to navigate also parental setting help keep kids safe as well as no have parents worry. Also my 6 year old loves the kids utube she has hrs of fun watching everything. Even my 2 year old has fun this is an amaxing product for the right price thanks best buy.

I bought this tablet for my 7 year-old son as his first tablet. This tablet was recommended to me by the BestBuy Associate in the tech department. The tablet has held up and we have had it for over a year and still going strong! I would say that the only downside to this tablet is that the included case is very thin and does not protect the device but I had already planned to buy a thick rubber case with a handle so it wasn't a big deal. The other downside is that the table has no front-facing camera and that was one of the few things I wanted for my kids so they could take pictures but we are getting ready to buy new tablets so that will soon be resolved. I a happy with the storage space of the tablet, my kids are able to download tons of games and enjoy everything, I was also REALLY HAPPY WITH THE FREE 3 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE TABLET!

I bought this hoping to replace my daughters old tab that came pre loaded with kids mode that I never had to pay for. With the newer model Samsung has released you are required to sign up for a monthly or year subscription to be able to pay in kids mode.. i guess any way to capitalize they're after. I'm not to happy about that though

Great functionality for a kid as young as 4 up to adult. It comes with the bumper guard already on tablet; which i absolutely love! The size of the screen and unit are great for kids. Most importantly, the tablet is a fully functional tablet; same as my tab-2. You are not locked into purchasing cartridges.

The tablet is for my mother in law. she is 71 and she is starting using facebook and other media sites. she loves it.

I would recommend anybody to go to best buy and buy things because the store has some very nice items.

I love the tablet. I usually allow my child to be occupied with the tablet as I am in the process of making dinner. My child would watch her favorite shows and learn key information for her age group such as tracing, counting and ABCs. It was so worth the money that I spent in getting the item.

This tablet has more memory, more battery life then the Nabi. Bought the Nabi for my daughter and she hated it. She would never play it and it died in an hour. Had to send it back twice but This tablet is designed for kids and has alot of free apps and downloads. She simply loves it! She never puts it down.

My daughter loves her new tablet already started downloading apps!! I have to make her put it away
