It's been great. We don't have to worry about her getting into an app we don't want her in and if she drops it, it's okay. At this age she can't do too much with it but she loves watching some of the videos and songs and she will be able to grow into other apps on it. Glad we purchased.

He took his time explaining different aspects of the product. I wasn't sure of what I needed to get for a six year old but the salesman explained the difference between this product & others that was available. I have recommended Best Buy to my family & friends...sales staff are very friendly & helpful!
