The first has been great, very versatile, easy to adjust for the needs of my daughter. I LOVE the parental control app (Family Link). This tablet (#2) however either functions as a toy (like a Leap Frog) or like a fully functional (read adult) tablet. Once she's in the control app (Samsung Kids) I have to unlock it for to get to anything else. That would be ok (not great) but the content is limited and loads VERY slowly. I tried to add Family Link, but no it's not compatible. Could it be that after the free trial period Samsung wants you locked into their app with the annual cost? Also, for some reason this tablet will only find one of our 2 networks, the slow one. I am not happy with this tablet
