Best buy Don't really know what they're selling all they do is text and not focus . They only know the General Basics. I ask what the difference between a unlock phone and att? their respond" the unlock phone can be use with any gsm network and att only with att".. here I share my experience list of inconvenience : few days later it over heat, when using multi window it freezes within two running apps, received the samsung box without the sleeve that goes around it, missing download booster mode, and most importantly do not have 4g network, only accept H & H +network are between 3g and 4g. Best buy only give you 30 days which I'm stuck with this phone because these minor effect began the 3 weeks then major effect after a month. therefore I'm stuck with this phone. Get mobile company type att, tmobile, verizon,sprint. first time I purchase unlock phone Big mistake. soon I will make youtube video.

YOU CAN TAKE NOTES WHICH IS GREAT BUT ORGANIZING THEM IS NOT AS EASY AS IT SHOULD BE. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE A PHOTO, WRITE ON IT THRU NOTES AND SEND IT. THIS FEATURE IS VERY COOL ALTHOUGH I DO NOT USE IT. OVERALL THE SOFTWARE SHOULD BE EASIER TO USE THAN IT IS. ALTHOUGH THE PHONE WORKS GOOD, IT MAKES ME WONDER IF AN APPLE PRODUCT WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE.

Love the Galaxy Note 4. I use the stylus quite often. Best phone I've owned so far. The only downside is that this phone version is NOT LTE capable... I repeat, NOT LTE capable. I'm using it on the T-Mobile network and it's only HSPA+.. Therefore, they can advertise it as 4G but not 4G LTE... I do live in a major metro are because my previous phone was LTE capable and was/is still working. Other than that, it's still a great phone. Functionality is the name of this device. So many functions it can do.

I had been an iPhone user since the 3GS, I ithought I would try out Android. It was an interesting experience compared to the locked in eco system of Apple. The S-pen is awesome for taking notes & editing stuff on the web. The display is amazing for pics,videos & games. The camera is Kool too with image stabilization video capture is nice.

Voice calls weren't working while the wifi was on ,I called best buy and they told me that I had 15 days to return the phone,when I check only 2 days were left out of those 15 days which was a Saturday and Sunday and here in the Caribbean fedex nor DHL don't open on weekends,anyways I told the best buy lady to email me the return label as I wanted to return the phone still she said it will take 24 hours,the label never came,(very poor service on best buy behalf). I then called Samsung and they tried to trouble shoot the phone but it didn't work.on Monday I took the phone to a Samsung authorizied dealer here in Barbados and they did an update which cost me $75 and then the phone worked as it should .as of now the phone is working but if you are taking the phone to the Caribbean you might need to have it updated in your country.but best buy service was very poor

I simply love samsung products and this phone is no exception. The SPen feature is a big plus. There's no end to its uses.The camera takes clear pictures too.overall you can't go wrong with this phone.

The Galaxy Note has a very large, clear screen. It's much bigger than my previous Galaxy S5. I bought this one for International travel where I needed an unlocked device to be able to switch between carriers. This works well and allows me easily catch up on other work and have increased productivity over a phone. It is large and not ideal to carry around.

Took a bit to get used to after using the Galaxy SIII..First time buying an unlocked phone.Had to load additional programs that are already on locked phones. Love the screen size and especially wanted it for the camera and video capabilities as I love photographing..Great photo package and have not been disappointed by the quality of the pictures or video..I photograph friends who are in bands and this compensated well for lower and mixed lighting conditions...Never even took my digital camera out of the bag.

No 4G at all! Feeling disappointed but good quality overall! So far, no problem!

The Galaxy Note 4 is an awesome phone. I love taking pictures with it. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

This phone is great. It doesn't lag, the picture modes are awesome, the screen is so clear and I love that the charger that comes with it gives it a full charge in less than an hour. When I made phone calls on it, there was a constant beeping noise (every minute of the call) that made me want to toss it against a wall. But, I found out it was the "minute minder". Once I unchecked it in Settings<Application Setting< Call, It stopped. So I guess that was more operator error than the phone itself. *lol* This phone works great with my carrier (Straight Talk).

Updated my Note 3 to use Samsung VR, new frame is really cool and feels really great. I am really happy with the performance

the note 4 is really wow. particularly the s pen, s voice are too good. everyone will enjoy the camera and different modes of operation. easy to operate but there is a lot of application, still exploring.

I like the phone but it's been difficult switching from apple to android, part of this was due to my carrier and not the phone however. I believe it's just as good a phone as my apple was. I think the camera is better on this phone and I love having the stylus! The option for extra memory and an easily changeable battery are what sold me on the phone. I would do it again.

I choose this phone because I love the color and it takes some really good pictures.

I love this phone. The stylus is one of the very attractive points. It is very accurate and you will fall in love.

As always, Samsung puts out a great product. This specific model does NOT function with AT&T 4GLTE however, best/fastest data with AT&T is H+. Other than that, great camera, fantastic imaging/screen.

Nice phone, easy use, long battery use, great camera.

Love the Note phones. Big screens and with the stylus they are easy to navigate. Plus they remind me of the old PDAs.
