I love the size, I can slide in my purse and carry anywhere! The battery life needs improvement and I hate that the charger cord is different from my note 10. I have both sizes and love the Note. I carry the 8 with me all the time and use the 10 for work daily.

I got this tablet to use at school. I find I use it everywhere. It is so easy to use. The display is great. The sound is good too.

I bought this tablet for the S Pen features. I have used it for drawing and writing. I am very pleased with this product.

I sold my Ipad mini to get this note 8 and I was pleasantly surprised to find out what this galaxy could do. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

Really like it. Still learning about all the different things it will do. Very handy to carry in purse because of smaller size.

Wow, I was expecting good, and I got GREAT. Still learning to use it. Every time I pick it up, I learn something new. What a wonderful thing. It pairs nicely with our Samsung 7100 Smart TV. My family has had good luck with all of our Samsung products. We know it's a name we can trust. Also, hats off to the folks at Best Buy. They are smart, kind, and always there when you need them. I think the 8" model is perfect. Larger than the 7" but easy to hold and use. I love the pen, it helps take notes easily.

Great tablet! The S-Pen is awesome. And the ability to have multi-view is cool. I was able to have my browser up and a spreadsheet up at the same time. There's a little lag at times and touch offset with Chrome, but I expect that to be fix with the next update....hopefully this week. It is a little pricey, I would have preferred to see it priced below the iPad Mini. Feature wise and other than the lag, I like it better than the iPad Mini.

A Kindle Fire was my first tablet. It just stopped working after 4 months. I took it back to Best Buy, they gave me another one right there. It also just stopped working after about 5 months. I took it back to Best Buy, they had to send it back to Amazon and Amazon was to mail me yet another one. In the mean time I had become so accustom to having my tablet with me, I decided to purchase something else and it definitely wasn't going to be another Kindle Fire. The Samsung Galaxy came highly recommended from the Geek Squad. I'm so glad I listened to them. It was a little more expensive than the Kindle Fire... but you know, you get what you pay for.

I am a nursing student and I will be using this for my clinical rotations in a Family Nurse Practitioner program. I have used Netflix several times with ease. If you are a student, this is the one for you. It will fit right into my lab coat.

The 8 inch size tablet with the Note's features gives great function in a very easy to use and carry about device.

I wanted the 10.1, but this is more affordable. Now that I have it I love the size and it does everything I wanted on the 10.1.
