There is no difference in size, haven't had it long enough to compare performance, but so far I'm very underwhelmed.

Still need to play with it more to utilize the bells and whistles. The pen stylus is nice to have. My only complaint is the phone is a bit too big, so it's difficult to hold when lying down on the bed.
