It has a huge display, the display is amazing. It is a beautiful phone. I have the aura glow and it is just something else. Also, very reliable. No glitches, no lagging. No shortage on memory. For myself, it comes down to sale and price. On both phones, they offer close to the same features, but if you can purchase a phone at a great price, you can not pass that deal up. Every carrier should always a have BOGO deal, customers will always purchase a phone.

This store is close to me which makes it even better. The phone was a Xmas gift for my grand daughter. I purchase this in one store & she pick it up in another store. I was happy I could do that because she does not live close to me. My grand daughter love this cell phone.

Changed from the S10+ and wasn't much of a change than that but was enough for me (my old s10+ is used by my mom after her phone broke.

The only gripe i have with this phone is that fact that not many cases are made for this phone like LifeProof and Pelican. They do have cases but not like a full body case with screen protector but in the end this phone is amazing

May cause one hand usage difficulty for those with smaller hands. This is due to the extra length of this phone. Only disappointment is that it doesn't have the standard video chat install that most other top series phones have. Needed to download DUO to video chat. Other than that I truly enjoy this phone.
