The Galaxy Note truly helps me be more productive. The phone is a bit bigger than the "average" phones on the market, but the phone size seems to fade when you consider the various functional features of the device (particularly if you are a power user of your smartphone). Glad I made the purchase!

Bought this phone at launch and it's been a great phone since then, great battery life, amazing pictures and videos but just recently Samsung decided they wanted to put ads in their stock apps. I opened up my Music app to be greeted with an ad in a foreign language. At first I thought it was some sort of song I accidently downloaded but after clicking on it, it took me to the Play store to download a freaking game. The nerve of this company. Unfortunately I've come to a conclusion that this will be my last Samsung phone. They're asking us to pay $1K+ for their flagship phones that only get 2 major Android updates and now they drop Ads on us. It's been a great run, owned every Note since the first one, had to unlock and make a few mods to get it to work on T Mobile back then but it was fun. Only way companies listen to us is with our wallets and as someone who upgrades every year, I'll be looking elsewhere this year.

after being a loyal iphone user for more than 10 years, i took a chance on Samsung, and i'm LOVING it! this device is feature rich compared to other smartphones and offers power users a ton of capabilities. I love the multi-purpose nature of the stylus too (photo remote/custom app controls).

I love my new phone. My experience in the Best Buy store in Baton Rouge, LA on Bluebonnet was awesome. This has always been my favorite store. Also, the Samsung Rep was there and educated me on the phones I had in mind. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all my needs were meet.

I bought the Galaxy Note10+, aura glow last August after I accidentally cracked my S9. The Note 10+ is awesome and the aura glow color is really stunning. I bought the otterbox symmetry clear case to go with it. The Note 10+ might be too big for some people but I enjoyed the huge screen.

The size of this phone is nice for reading small print, writing documents, and editing pictures. It's a beautiful color, so I got a clear case to go with it. It's easy to set up and use. It takes an SD card for added storage space and unlocked means no contracts with the carrier.

It was by far the phone I have ever owned and such a blessing to own one once thanks to my awesome Girlfriend who got it for me as a gift up until it was stonlen from me by a couple so called friends!!! And to make everything worse i couldn't find the location of my phone thru find my mobile or find my device!!! And to top that off neither came back to my place since!!! It was stolen from me on June 2nd so I only owned it for like 7 weeks!!!

I'm glad we found the phone and color available here at my nearest Best Buy. The phone works properly and has alot of space, I'm glad I could depend on Best Buy in having great products and great customer service. I was helped every step of the way, purchasing the phone was a breeze.

This phone is pricey but a power house, it has more features than I know what to do with. With a resolution so crispy clean you could cry..also don't feel bad if your tears of joy land on your new smexy phone as it is water resistant as well lol.. I enjoy it very much.

This phone has all my needs covered as I travel for work 80% of the time. It has better and with the expandable storage option makes it better than my company issed laptop. I highly give it 5 stars. Good job Samsung and Best Buy team for the well trained technical team to assist.

I was surprisingly shocked by the crisp beautiful picture quality of the 4k videos and movies from Netflix to YouTube to several apps. The sound is loud and crisp from the phone with the Dolby feature. And of course the phone overall is great with many features.

It is clean, big, and fun! I was used to having the Note series until my Note 5's battery expanded and they only had the S7 Edge available. Finally upgraded to a Note again! Customer service was excellent at pickup and the phone works amazingly! Thank you!!

Awesome phone! Screen size is great, and no issues at all. The only thing I don't like about Samsung phones is all the extra Samsung Apps you get. I would rather use native google apps for everthing.

Haven't had a Note since the Note 5 and it is well worth the money. Runs great, large screen, but a bit heavy. For those that have smaller hands you might like the Note 10. The S View case is a great accessory and makes the phone that much easier to use.

This is more than just a phone to me, it's a computer. It has LOADS of features, that most won't even use. I love the SPen, and the cameras. Battery life is amazing too, along with a WONDERFUL screen. It's the biggest and most beautiful screen you can get I think...

I had a really cheap phone before this, i gave in and decided to upgrade to a popular phone. This has been one of the better investments ive made as it has alot of cool gadgets to it and works a whole lot better than my old one. Plus it looks awesome.

Pretty great phone. My husband bought it and he really likes it. Only bad this is it it’s so easy to break. Less than 2 hours after buying it he let it fall on concrete and well the back shattered. But the good this is it is replaceable. Using a case from now on..

i bought this phone for my wife after she managed to drop the Samsung note 5 in the Saco River. We retrieved it to get the sim card. It did not like being submurged. The Note 10+ can handle a brief dunking. So far my wife likes it. No problems.

got the refurbrished (open- box excellent) item. Everything is in place.. nothing is missing..and not a scratch. Runs like any other powerful galaxy note 10+ runs. Better buy after few months after launch as the price decreases often with android phones.

It's really a great product. I love it for the price and comfort. It is really portable .I have always use the S Series but this time around I switch to my first Note and I'm enjoying the large screen. It's makes my work life easy.It battery life is good.
