I am a fan of Samsung phone. I have had Samsung phones for many year. I purchased this to replace my Samsung Galaxy 8 which got fried because of the battery. Note 10+ has a big, smooth screen. I’ve heard it 5G compatible. I hope to use it with 5G.

First time galaxy Note owner and so far I am loving the note 10+. The display immediately popped out to me when I started using it.

Currently own a note 8, and although it still works, I like many others was excited for the Note 10+. Preordered , picked up the phone on the release day and enjoyed the new features of the phone. Unfortunately, trouble began as the phone either dropped my calls, had dial up tones in middle of my calls, and never saw full bars on the right corner like on the Note 8. Returned the phone to best buy, but was told that I would be charged the $35 restocking fee. I challenged the fee stating that it was unfair to charge the consumer for a faulty phone. The representative told me that it wasn't their fault either and that it was my carrier's fault. I responded to his statement by stating that I had no problems using the same sim card and same carrier on the note 8. The best buy representative followed up by informing me that they could wave the fee if I exchanged it for another note 10+. My thought was why would I exchange for another phone when he just pointed out that my carrier is at fault? So, if I'm keeping the same sim card, the same carrier, and got the same model Note 10+, wouldn't I get the same problem? Nothing changes. Does that mean that Samsung Note 10+ and AT&T are incompatible? If they are, why would I want to exchange it for another one? I decided to eat the fee and walk away from the representative. Hopefully, this helps anyone with an AT&T carrier thinking of buying a Note 10+. If it's faulty, you're still paying the $35 restocking fee.

I have been a avid note user from they very first one I think they are just getting to tall I miss the shorter wider ones from the early days I wish they would go back in time and make a note 3 or 4 that was a phone! Wish full thinking

Everything works great beside the whole process with transferring the files from iPhone. I have to returned for this reason.
