    Owed around 5 Samsung phones until this one until now I liked the Samsung. this one the battery life sucks the GPS sucks. It's about $1,000 so I'm afraid to do anything with it then I'm going to break it. it's the note plus. it's too big to fit in your pocket it will fall out over and over and over because of the curved screen it's going to crack. if you buy the insurance there not going to give you a new phone they're going to give you a refurbished phone and there's going to be a 30 day warranty on that. so you won't have the one-year warranty that you started with even though you paid for the insurance even though you have to pay for the deductible. I commute all the time. GPS is constantly going crazy on me. I don't know where I'm at half the time I have to stop check the map
