I upgraded from the Note 4, which had a far superior user interface, but didn't come close to the Note 10 in technical features, such as speed, screen resolution, ability to pick up wifi signals, and camera quality. The biggest irritant was that Note 10 took away your ability to answer the phone by voice. This means you have to have at least one hand free, and have to be able to move physically to use the phone. This is an irritant for every call I get. The voice command feature, Bixby, is a joke, as is Google Voice. Bixby can't follow the simplest commands. I don't mean questions like "what is the solution to Fermat's Last Theorem". I mean commands like "turn yourself off" or "stop asking for directives". The format is unforgiving. Sometimes you have to turn off a notification by swiping, sometimes answer a call by touching. If you use the wrong gesture, forget it. There is no second chance. I've had note phones for years, but at this point, I would strongly recommend looking at other phones before buying a note. Other phones have similar technical features, and might be more user friendly.

Fast with great screen and camera
