The Galaxy note 10 plus it's a monster, for what? High price tag with a very fragile front and back glass panel, after a year of use it begins losing processing power but keeps a great battery.

Overall, my purchase from Bestbuy was easy and flawless. The phone was great for about 7 months. An overnight update caused permanent screen failure. No warranty, might as well buy a new phone for the cost of screen replacement.

Pros: Large beautiful screen, quick processor, great camera, good clear microphone/speaker Cons: touch screen is finicky which makes dragging your finger spotty (this primarily impacts swipe-to-text, scramble with friends, etc.. but is also seen with normal swiping motions as well) WORST CON: Fingerprint feature is extremely unreliable and often does not work. It really is surprisingly bad. I'm coming from an S8 where it worked rather well and was very disappointed to see them take a step back with this feature.

So it’s nice and all but i was missing the cord of the charger and the screen protecter on the phone how can this be good after paying so much on the phone when on there says all accessories will be in the box

Great phone but the microphone does not pick sounds during calls reliably, especially when holding the phone close to your ears.

It keeps govong my husband trouble since he got it, it will turn off by itself most time and will not let him turn it on, keeps having virus under 30 days we purchased it

When I received the phone there was no little round sticker visible After opening it I realized it was tucked into the Box where had been opened before then I look at the phone and there was fingerprints all over it the screen protector was pilled back and they were scuffs along the side

After a year of purchase the fast charger that came with the phone stop working I will be heading to best buy to see what they can do about it.

Had battery issues. Wodnt stay charged took it to geek squad. No stress they took care of it. Glad i purchased a warranty.

Great phone. Lots of awesome features. Antenna sucked though. Couldn’t get reception in a lot of places where I can with Apple.

I don't know how to say this but I think Samsung keeps fastening the rope around its neck since the launch of both Note and S eight series. It's all about the curved screen design which makes literally imposible for any manufacturer to produce a true tempered glass screen protector. Sometimes I wonder if it is a real misconception or truly cold intentions so somebody else keeps making money out of this. Me personally I see no point why to spend that kind of money for a phone which screen can't be properly protected without sacrificing visual delight. I hope Samsung decides to go back or at least launch on every new series a flat screen version. I'm pretty sure it'll be a best seller again.

It was bought because it is unlocked but when you connect to your cell phone provider some functionalities do not work 100

Actually, I bought this product brand new when I was buying it I was so excited but I got disappointed because the temperature of the phone goes up very quick and that damage the system so the phone stopped working suddenly so you have to restart the phone I would not recommend buying this phone the Samsung note 9 is better .
