Is there a warranty on this battery?I have to charge it every other day.

Great phone. Downfall is there is alot of glitches with the phone. 1. Distorted calls, dropped call, cant call out. 2. Cant send or recieve text messages. 3. Sometimes you dont get voice-mail messages unless you reboot the phone, then all above works for a while and then the problem returns. It isnt just my carrier having this issue, matter of a fact, it has nothing to do with which carrier. It is a defect in the phone. Getting it fixed, samsung wont fix the issue! They tell you to buy a new phone.

My mom bought the phone, honestly so bad, the software it’s so simple, works better Samsung 5s phone that 10+. Don’t spend ur money and “great phone ” it’s same old phone, it’s much better old version Samsung phone..

SO I bought this phone and its plaged with the yellow/black spots so many people are having with this phone, also the didnt added the complete protection plan to this, I was told I have to wait till the stores open back up and they cant add it over the phone, so waiting till quartine is over to get this fixed and add correct plan.

note 10 plus amazing phone just has no reception with T-Mobile 1 bar everywhere I go I have to use edge network 2g I am returning this phone tomorrow !!!! don't buy it !!!!

Do not buy this phone it suck and no one in Best Buy stores or customers service will help you when you are having issues. I bought this phone thinking Samsung good right? No I was wrong no one know how to help fix or replace it , even with the purchased geek squad wast of $200 protection plan They can’t help . Only thing they can do is charge you another $200 to replace it . Why did I pay for insurance then if thay can’t fix them . DO NOT GET THIS PHONE

When playing music on YouTube we noticed too much vibration on the back.. Returned the product immediately.

I had trouble with this phone from day 1. I thought I had a replacement plan but was told my insurance purchased was only good if I broke glass...so no possibility of replacement. Only after getting rid of the phone did I discover on my own the issue probably could have been resolved with a new sim card...

Bought this cell phone with my best buy credit card to get the 10 percent discount off the price bought didn't get the discount. Phone also was scheduled for delivery but never made it, I had to physically go pick it up at the store and got charged more to get it personally at the store than shipping for free at home bad business.

bought this open box phone and it lasted 45 days... suddenly the screen started to fail... the geek agents didn't find any damage, but still have to pay deductible.. :( if you want to buy it... get a brand new

Very poor materials for a until 1000 $, if you are a android user it could be the best but if you are a iPhone user you will see the superiority of the iPhone .

Stay away from Samsung. They have yet to give me my free AKG headphones. They thought I'd prefer a Fortnite code...what?!?!

Was a used phone. When I opened in the car outside of best buy it had scratches on it. Took it right back inside and returned it.

Second samsung in a row that left me phoneless, not even 4 mos old

Love this phone it was one of the best one ever bought. Love the pen and it has held up[ to everything i have done on it from work to playing games watching movies down to creating music videos and games and app on this phone. has not crashed or even slowed down at all

Touch up screen not sensitive. Calls are drop and can not take calls. Call are very slow
