Save your money and look for a phone from a manufacturer that uses a more pure Android experience, or go for an iPhone. Samsung's implementation of Android is locked down, and full of bloatware. Android in general has become only a platform for selling advertising. Google software is half-baked, and so buggy. I have had this phone for a couple of months and I cannot go a day without an issue. Android's problems range from inconvenient two completely broken, and there is a big chance that this is the last Android phone that I ever use. This phone in particular is full of features that you're never going to use, even if they sound cool. You can get a phone that works equally well for half as much, make sure you do your research and ask around before you buy this. I regret buying this phone, and if I would have known more about it, I would have never purchased it in the first place.

I have had this phone for a little while now and I have found to get use to the bigger plus size. I use to use the galaxy s10 so I was already use to the infinity-o display. I love the performance on this phone. One reason I am giving this phone a 4 star rating it because there was one time I dropped my phone and the s-pen fell halfway out of the phone. This action makes me constantly look to double check the pen is still in its place. I know it is new but taking photos with the s-pen was a little struggle. The connection between the two didn't want to seem to take a photo as I had to consistently reconnect them. It worked fine it I was only a couple feet away but outside that small perimeter it just lost connection. Other than these two things I love the phone and the customizations I can do with this phone. Always a galaxy user!

Great phone for work! Has a great camera and lots of cool features you can do with the pen.

For 900 this is still too spendy id wait for black friday

I really wanted to love this phone. Great screen, great battery life, very fast and fluid. Samsung did a great job all around. Here are my deal breaker issues Camera Quality - Terrible. If you have kids and rely on a good OIS or camera in low light, the Note 10 dissapoints. All cameras, all settings. I tried everythig. My 2 year old Pixel 2 XL took better pictures. This was the #1 deal breaker Finger Print Sensor - Not practical not consistent. Misfires a lot. Needs to be combine with face unlock and even the face unlock on this phone is no consistent. Why should i have to spend so much of my time getting into my phone. The native smart lock on android doesn't work on this phone either. All frustraiting. Google Pay - I go t use google pay and 9 out of 10 times, I put my phone on the NFC tag and have to then unlcock it. I tried everything. Apparently if I'm connected to a blue tooth device , like my headset or smart watch....that's why. So I have to turn off blue tooth. All these issues are deal breakers. Hopefully samsung listens and fixes....

have this for 3 years now and still like new. I just had an accidental break in the glass, but was replaced for an amount.

Returned my iPhone Xs Max for this Galaxy Note 10+ and will never regret!!

Got the phone in the mail today. I then opened the box thinking everything was fine with the phone itself, and I go to put on the charger, it's not charging, so I then looked at the charging port and it was burned out no wonder why it was not charging, plus the backwas all scratched up, too. Now I unfortunately have to bring it back, so disappointed. I will never fall for a pre-owned phone after buying this one after what happened with the charging port. I would've gave a five star rating if everything was working on it, so I have to unfortunately give it a two star rating because of the back glass damage and the broken charging port. :(

Traded in my note 9 for this phone. After the update, barely holds a cell signal(2 bars but used to get 3 to full bars in my area) and dropped wifi signals. When I first set it up there were constant load times especially when in the Google play app. It's a good phone but even the OP 7 Pro is much faster. Fingerprint sensor clunky and not as fast as on the OP 7 Pro. It's a nice looking phone I'll give it that otherwise I'll be returning this phone and getting an iPhone instead as I am within the return period.

After a couple of years used. The battery won't last long. No longer in warranty. They should back their battery with a lifetime warranty.

This phone is over a thousand dollars and Samsung is now putting ads in their stocks apps. The phone itself is great but Samsung needs to chill with the monetization of their applications. We don't spend this much money on a phone to get ads in the apps on it.

so far I liked it. I think its better than any of the iphones.
