I absolutely love this device. The processing power and battery are amazing. The size is very nice as well.

Had this phone for a couple years now i believe and its done all i meed it to do.. i havent had a single problem with it. Or it slowing down after years of use. Screen still has good color, no burn in.. sound is still great.. and battery still holds up as well as it did day it came out of the box.. already eligible for a free upgrade if i turn this in but i doubt i will since i am still happy with it.

You have to try it for yourself. Forget about anyone's opinion, including mine. Why? Like anything in life, I have come to believe that reviews are SUPER subjective. You have to take into account that a review may be coming from a very young person that can be easily impressed and will give anything new 5 stars. It can be a snob that has to have everything perfect. It can be a person that received it as a gift and could care less about what anyone reads. Listen, it has a plastic back - SO! If it were glass, and dropped and cracked, the very person complaining about it having a plastic back will be most likely crying when they find out what it will take to repair a glass back. Is it slow? NO. You'll get someone to say it is. Is it snappy? YES. You will get someone to say it isn't. Do you need 120 hertz refresh? Give me a break. Moving fast in today's world is one of the reasons why so much in the world is screwed up to begin with. The speed at which you navigate any given website is MORE THAN ACCEPTABLE. Battery? You are going to get yet another person that says it won't last a day. SO! That very person probably lives on the phone and has forgotten there is a world around them. Standby time is excellent. Battery is super acceptable. The only adjustment I have made to the phone is lessening the brightness to 50% and it is still very bright. Calls are clear. Everything connects fast to it via bluetooth and stays connected. At the end of the day. If you need a good phone with a proven track record, and in this phone's case a stylus to make writing, typing, and keeping the screen as smudge free as possible, this is a great phone.

I wasn't expecting to like the Note20 5G as much as I do. I wasn't even planning on getting it, but Best Buy priced it just right and I almost went with another phone that wouldn't have satisfied me nearly as much as the Note20 5G. One of the things I enjoy about the phone is not only the large screen but also the nearly bezeless front of the phone. I also love that the front camera is just a small circle for the lens on the screen unlike the iPhone which has a large and ugly notch that takes away from the display area. This phone is fast, and the battery lasts me for 2 whole days with medium usage and 8 hours of screen on-time. I also have a lot of notifications come in on my phone but it doesn't kill the battery like my old S7 Edge did. You simply can't go wrong with this phone. The only flaw is that the back is plastic but I personally use a case with all my phones so this is not a dealbreaker for me.

Love this phone. Purchased this while trading in my note 10 because I wanted a bigger battery that lasted me all day. This did the job and the screen looks amazing! Sadly, they only had this color but I did not care since it was going to be in a case and only the silver/black camera was going to show. So far the camera lens matches all my case colors, as opposed to having gotten the green phone or the bronze!

As always with most samsung devices, it's fast and has decent battery life. The camera is also very good.

I have both the Note 20 and the Note20 Ultra. I would say don't waste your time with the Ultra. The Note20 has a similar battery capacity, maybe better with the smaller screen. The camera doesn't jut out nearly as far as the Ultra. Overall my wife is happier with this than I am with the Ultra.

The battery life is long. I am still learning about all the apps and pre-installed programs in the phone. There is a long to be learned about making the best out of the space and functionality of the phone. A demo video would be much appreciated. Other than that, the phone is worth it's value. I recommend this phone to friends and Samsung customers.

I trade in my old phone note 10, got an amazing deal. This phone is so pretty and battery lasts the entire day. Got the mystic black and I don't regret. Beautiful phone

The phone is great so far. Camera is awesome. Fast...battery is ok for my use. It last all day for me.

Bought this to replace my old Samsung Note 4. Wow what a difference. I only need to charge this every few days instead of every night depending on usage some time it goes longer. Still getting use to different features as well as going to different palaces to get where I need to go but overall there is no comparison. Much more efficient beside looking good.

I truly do love this phone. It allows me to do all that I need. The battery life it good as well, and I just my phone heavy throughout a day. I would definitely recommend this phone to someone that is business oriented.

WOW, this baby is quick! I haven’t read on the things I’m able to do with this phone yet! So far it has put a huge smile on my face and I’m enjoying it. I love the Galaxy phones. And the sale price over the Holidays was right on time! I get two days of use b4 charging! GREAT PHONE!

Battery and camera is excellent. I wish it had expandable memory though!

Great phone. Upgrade from Note 5, which was still working but advised that its technology was getting outdated. Note 20 keeps charge for 3+ days.
