The software is fast and intuitive and the phone is comfortable to hold. This phone does not come with as much bloatware as previous phones. It has an outstanding camera that provides clear and pictures with high resolution. The phone is big enough with enough screen space to make dual apps actually practical. Even though the back is made of plastic, it doesn't feel cheap. The S Pen feels like an actual writing utensil. This is an awesome phone.

Love this phone. Purchased this while trading in my note 10 because I wanted a bigger battery that lasted me all day. This did the job and the screen looks amazing! Sadly, they only had this color but I did not care since it was going to be in a case and only the silver/black camera was going to show. So far the camera lens matches all my case colors, as opposed to having gotten the green phone or the bronze!

The cameras, the S-pen, the AMOLED screen quality, the 120 Hz refresh rate, the 5G data connection, the build quality, etc. are all top notch. This phone will probably hold the crown for best Android phone for a good while, and it has key feature bumps that made me especially want this phone--namely the 5G and the 120 Hz screen. I would definitely recommend a solid case if you're planning to spend this much money on a phone. I bought a Spigen case which effectively reduces the camera bump on the back to allow the phone to sit flat on a desk. The IP68 rating means that it will be fine with water and dust, but drop protection is still a must. I saw a stat recently that something like 2/3 of people report incurring drop damage to their phone (for all phones not specifically this phone). Other thoughts: I think it's interesting that most middle class people can afford the best phone that you can possibly purchase for a product that is in your pocket, everyday, all the time. You can't say that about cars, houses, clothes, but you could definitely swing buying the best phone that money can buy once every 3-4 years if it's important enough to you. For me it is, and I'm very happy with this phone. Lastly: Google Pixel, 1+, Apple, etc. can only hope to match some of the features that this phone has to offer, but I highly doubt that they will exceed this phone's specs on yet to be release products. Just my opinion as a phone guy, but the best that they could hope to do is give you a better value on specific features. If you're somebody looking for the best value on a calling and texting machine, then this phone is not for you. This phone is for somebody that wants the best cameras, pocket computing power, & screen quality that money can buy you right now.

I went from a samsung s10e, to iPhone 11proMax, (hated it) then back to samsung. I chose the Galaxy note 20. Only issue is the typical application problems, such as snapchat camera not working unless I restart my phone, and connection to "my phone companion" on my windows PC. But I just reset the settings within the computer application, and it connected immediately. So I'm assuming it was an issue with my PC. The camera on the samsung is spectacular. The response on the phone is fast, I absolutely LOVE the pen feature as well. Definitely a huge selling point for me. (Haha get it?) I also bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2. Connection was immediate with the phone. I love how I can play Spotify on the watch, text, access calender, weather, and especially view notifications and text when my phone is in my bag at work. Overall, this phone is fantastic and I'd absolutely recommend to anybody whose interested in buying it.

As always with most samsung devices, it's fast and has decent battery life. The camera is also very good.

I have both the Note 20 and the Note20 Ultra. I would say don't waste your time with the Ultra. The Note20 has a similar battery capacity, maybe better with the smaller screen. The camera doesn't jut out nearly as far as the Ultra. Overall my wife is happier with this than I am with the Ultra.

I've only had this note20 for about 2 weeks,I love it,while it is the most expensive phone I've ever bought, I am pleased. The camera is out of this world good quality,ease of use is great Switch app to app no problems. All in all A great phone!!

Love the ease of use. I had an S7 before so a lot of speed difference. And i love the stylus. I use it for business so i love the long battery life. And the camera takes amazings pics!

This phone is fast and the photos look great. My only issue is using the S pen. I have yet to figure out how to write with it. I've owned Notes in the past but this pen is different.

S-Pen is the best feature of this phone and Samsung camera a class apart...loving this new phone and it is faster.

This phone is everything I need for work. As an Inusurance Agency Owner I am always in need of technology on the go. This phone operates Microsoft Office for me and several other things. Picture is amazing as well. I love the growth of capabilities as well.

I love this phone, i had no idea how much this phone would make life easier. From signing documents on the road, to the amazing camera quality. This phone is definitely the phone you need if you conduct alot of business on the go.
