This phone is great it does not feel cheap at all even though it has a plastic back it feels like the same weight of the Galaxy s10 or s10+ the camera is great the response of the S Pen is great as well the screen looks amazing and even though it's at 60 hertz it feels way faster then my iPhone 11 did I actually like the fact that it has a plastic bag if it drops I don't have to worry about the back cracking or shattering and it also still has ip68 water resistance and wireless charging and reverse wireless charging the screen is great when playing on my Xbox game pass ultimate subscription and the phone is very loud and the screen gets very bright it's just a grate phone all my friends got the note20 ultra but I couldn't afford that phone but I'm very glad I got this phone it has 4K at 60 selfie camera for video and the same for the rear video and the fingerprint sensor is very accurate I also love this green color and it also comes with a 25-watt fast charger and it really does charge your phone super fast but it does not come with headphones but that doesn't bother me cuz I have Bluetooth headphones anyway overall I'm pleased with my purchase

The software is fast and intuitive and the phone is comfortable to hold. This phone does not come with as much bloatware as previous phones. It has an outstanding camera that provides clear and pictures with high resolution. The phone is big enough with enough screen space to make dual apps actually practical. Even though the back is made of plastic, it doesn't feel cheap. The S Pen feels like an actual writing utensil. This is an awesome phone.

I have had two other Galaxy phones this size. This is the best one yet, while they have all been good. The speed is better, the look with bronze case is sharp, and the software works great. I really like the S Pen allows me to type at least twice as fast than with my fingers. I cannot comment on 5G since I have not found any service area in the first week.

This phone was my favorite. The S pen made it easy and even fun to use. I loved using mine to play mobile games like Merge Dragons.

I love my Note 20 (5G). I didn't at first... I had never had the pen. But I love it now!

Great for what I do with work and personal life. I have to sign a lot of documents so DocuSign app and S Pen are my friends. Also download a lot of drawing apps and games to use the pen for my daughter.

I love this phone as I can take notes in my own handwriting. I upgraded from s10. The only thing I miss is that I cannot measure oxygen saturation level.
