Online pickup said 1 hr. Got there wasn't ready wait about an hr never got ready they said it still hasn't been picked yet. Came back at 630pm they close at 8pm it was Friday Nov 20 2020. Came home with it transfered everything sitting on my couch for hours. Never looked at the camera. Morning came enjoyed the new phone stayed in the whole day setting it up, come night time Saturday looked at camera and there was a small crack in the cover. Didnt have time to take back until Tuesday. Babied it only sat it on couch. I take it in Tuesday and they tell me I had to of taken it in same day. Like you guys closed and after that people have lives. I spent 800 dollars for a phone with a small crack in the camera. Nothing but cosmetic doesn't effect anything and wasn't noticeable until the light hit it and I was paying attention. but I'm so irate I will never spend the money I spend at best buy again. Its only been 3 days and they say they won't take it. What! I need someone to contact me asap im so upset.

I was apprehensive switching from iPhone but I was told about all the great things, including the awesome battery life. I say "bullocks" to that! I have next to nothing stored on my phone, i clear email regularly, i close apps, and I'm not a gamer, nor do i do alot of streaming; yet the battery drains immediately after removing from charger. It was at 87% at 7 am and i didnt touch it until 5 pm and its at 52%. My old iPhone is at 53% since charged 2 days ago. The stupid phone has no undo/redo option! What the! And what is with all the options for opening stuff and all the cloud choices?! Best buy return policy does NOT allow nearly enough time to learn how to use the phone and I have spent hours making the attempt. A BB geek even told me the battery will get better with time. How much time should i give it, now that ive exceeded the return date? $1200 junk. Back to iPhone after I pay that off

I already bought my Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G ,in 2 months charging/usb port doesn’t work anymore. I try to get the service but no body care . They said to me you can throw it away we can’t fix that problem. This is crazy 1115$ phone to trash

One week after I got the note 20 5G the back camera glass got cracked without dropped it or anything, I was just taking pictures and when I looked at it it was a cracked line on the glass, contacted Samsung and they told me they can’t help me unless I pay to get it fix, around $70 plus shipping to them

I have always been a lover of samsung note...this phone on the other hand looks and feel cheap. I bought a screen protector but helped nothing because the corners that slightly bends aren't covered so after 2 weeks my a thousand dollars phone has a cracked screen and the sides of the cameras are all scratched up and to think that I am a cautious phone user. Very disappointed

Does not have expandable memory slot. This is something which comes with even cheaper phones. There is a chance that people looking forward to buy this phone would miss this, as I have.

I like the phone and everything. Bought the 5G unlocked, but the SIM that Best Buy provided is 4G.

I had my last phone, a Pixel 1 XL, for nearly 4 years. Never had a problem. I take care of my things. I had the note 20 for about 30 days. Never dropped it. Always had it in a case. Then u get a low temperature battery error. Phone can't charge. Go to T-mobile, exchange it for a new one. The new note 20 lasts 11 days before it gives me the same error. Samsung tells me to go to a repair shop. While I'm at the repair shop I got another guy in line behind me that has the same problem with his S20. Moral of the story: stay away from these phones. Avoid Samsung's 20 lineup. They're broken phones and this whole experience has convinced me to never trust another Samsung product ever again.

I like the phone, not the unlocked part! Bought this phone and took it to Verizon. They guy switched my SIM card and it worked fine for three months. Stopped dead. Went back and NOONE could get it to work. Went to US Cellular and they could not get it to work either. Neither place seemed to know what they were doing. My suggestion would be to leave the unlocked phones alone as they are more trouble than they are worth. Just say NO!

DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY, says ships to you in 2 days but then they delay it and now to two weeks. They also won't let you cancel because it is shipping with free controller that is already shipping.
