I purchased this phone but found out before unpacking it that it doesn't have a memory card slot, so you are stuck with 128 GB of native storage. It was a huge bummer, considering the high price, so I returned the phone. Samsung phones have always had this important feature, so I was very surprised that this model doesn't have it. In the store the phone looked quite cool:)

After 3 months the phone went black and couldn't get on. Took it to repair shop and the Mother board was shot?? I don't over use my phone. Samsung have the worst customer service. The company I took it to got it replaced, or I'd still be waiting. Spend a lot of money on these products that should last longer than 3 months?

It’s not the best phone out there, especially for the price. I got it on sale, but still $1,000 isn’t worth this phone. Plastic back feels cheap. Display is good but not as good as other Galaxy phones. Battery life doesn’t even last a full day

I've had many notes over the years & this model was sadly the worst & far below the quality I expect as the Galaxy Note is by far amd away my favorite phone. I could kit figure it out but I don't think it was my carrier, this model is just insanely slow, most likely has something to do with it trying to connect to 5G, but I really don't know, I just know it had very low performance.

I'm an iPhone user, the only reason i got this is for taking notes. If iPhone has a pen it's a done deal.

Not that great of a phone to expensive for what It is I should of just gone with a Pixel at this point Yeah there's no pen but this phone seems overall mediocre anyway. Also I seem to have a whole host of Network issues with it. It seems ok on LTE but wifi is clunky no matter if im at home or away.

Too pricy and does exactly what my galaxy s9+ does.... so i didn't see much of a difference. Tried different photo shots but looks exactly like s9+. Love the color that's about it but i expected better quality but that's just my opinion and for the price not worth it.

Phone had issues with serial and model number not matching up. It took 3 visits and a few phone calls back & forth between geek squad and insurance company but was honored and purchased another phone.

Good but if you are investing that much why not go for ultra version which is couple 100 bucks more if grabbing an open box. Again depends on size liking but I guess you like big phones if are after note 20.

    Disappointed

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Two huge disappointments. First, they've taken away the option to set a global wallpaper in text messages. You can set a background for individual conversations. But I always enjoyed setting a main background for my text messages main screen and was really disappointed to learn that you can't with the N20. Second, the S-Pen is the whole reason I'm a Note user. It's my main buying reason. They moved the S-Pen slot from the right side to the left side of the bottom of the phone. Assuming most people are right handed, it is definitely more cumbersome to retract and replace the pen. I can't figure out the right place to put my left hand when replacing the pen - my finger hits the on/off button and closes the screen, or the phone rotates from portrait to landscape - very disappointing. Otherwise, the phone is fine and I do like it, but these are two key things for me and leave me really disappointed.
