I upgraded from a note 8 to the note 20 and I love the longer battery life, flat screen appearance (hello, screen protectors that actually stay on!!), and screen size difference. If you're questioning what color to get - definitely go with the mystic green. It is stunning in person.

Absolutely love my note! Best phone I've ever had. At times it make my hand hurt from being to big, but anything smaller i wouldn't ve able to see the screen as well. When i upgrade I'll still try to gp with a note or some type of a galaxy.

This was an open box purchase. I opted to go this route and buy an unlocked phone rather than continue a monthly lease from my cell phone company. Doing this I saved a ton on a new phone. I bought the sims card for $10 and have the latest Note for around $680.

Purchased for my son in law who is a truck driver. He has nothing but good things to say. Great for watching movies and also for playing his xbox games during down time, as well as video chatting with the little people who miss him very much. Very happy with this phone!

Its been almost a year since i purchased my Galaxy Note20 from BestBuy and I absolutely love it, in store pick up was quick easy, purchased my 65 inch smart tv from here also and will be purchasing my next 70 incher from here too

I have owned a S10 and Note 10 prior. The S10 had alot of glitches. Loving my Note 20. Worked amazing right out of the box. However, I personally don't see a huge difference in the camera from the Note 10 to the Note 20 as far as picture quality.

I really like the phone, I just miss how I use to turn it on with my finger in the back. Now to turn it on when it goes off you have to hit the side button and I hit it too hard and I hang up with who I am talking with. Frustrating, but I'll get the hang of it. Otherwise, it is a great phone.

I hste they discontinued this model for samsung but the S model also offer a pen so I'm good when i upgrade. But this is a phone i don't want to get rid of anytime soon

It’s not the best phone out there, especially for the price. I got it on sale, but still $1,000 isn’t worth this phone. Plastic back feels cheap. Display is good but not as good as other Galaxy phones. Battery life doesn’t even last a full day

They were great when my phone didn't come in when it was suppose to. All very welcoming and helpful. Once I got my phone, the process was seamless. Only issue I have is that it's extremely difficult to reach you guys via phone

Has been a fan of Samsung for 13 years. Tried just one iPhone and never liked it. Jumped back to Samsung when I saw this lovely note 29

It's definitely a change from the galaxy 10 it's taking some getting used to. The buttons all on one side is really different for me. I love everything else about this note 20 . I'm still learning all the new features.

This phone is what you’ll expect from a Samsung phone, it’s great, reliable, with tons of widgets that you can customize. This was a gift to my mom and she loves her new phone.

This is a good quality phone. The screen is responsive to the touch and the build quality is top notch. As long as you can get past the Samsung UI (if you don't like it) you'll be fine. Lawnchair or the Nova launcher will both take care of that. It is a little too expensive however.

I love my Galaxy! I ordered the green to be unique. Delivery was faster than the store told me. The features are incredible and I am proud to be an android user!

I love my note. The size, display, and everything are perfect. Only downfall is after a while the pen doesnt stay in as well. If only it made a sound to find it if lost.
