Only buy this if u don't care about specs... the note 20 ultra crushes this model in every category but price. No sd card slot for more memory, cheap build quality, lower screen resolution, lower refresh rate, less RAM... I could go on but you get the picture

Excellent choice, I don't regret any part of this. I used to have a Note 5 so this is a big upgrade and will last me through to the next decade, for sure. You can never go wrong with Samsung.

I love this phone - the only problem is I cannot get a notification when I get a text message. Will be taking the phone to the Geek Squad to figure this out - I have exhausted all my ideas.

I think you should really think about this phone, over the bigger model. Feels great, looks great, works great, all is the above. It's a very good phone, I like this green color best. Great camera

Absolutely a phenomenal phone. Great screen, battery and performance. The stylus pen is great and with this version having the expanded memory option is a no brainer.

I loved the customer service I had received in seaside california and also in salinas california as well. I would recommend these locations and also this phone again most def.

this phone is awesome. the only thing bad about it is when you make a video chat, somehow the mic dont work and the person on the other end cannot hear you. Hope there is someway to fix this.

Phone so nice, i had to buy it twice. Wifey used to trip on how much i spent on phones previously. That is, until i bought her one! Now she's spoiled!

Samsung Note's never fail. Great phone and a staple in mobile phones. Tried other devices over the years but they never are worth it and functionality never matches the note.

My wife and I always purchase our galaxy phones with best buy store. Excellent service and good quality brand No issues at all and we wont switch to other brand.

I am a long time Samsumg Note user. I tmupgraded from the Note9 to Note 20 and am impressed by its upgrades. I think the value for this phone it great and its user friendly.

Its been almost 6 months since i have been using the phone and no conplaints. First ever samsung purchase and i am satisfied. Would recommend.

So far so good. Cant complain, my Note 10+ was dropped in a lake and sank to the bottom so this was the replacement. Not much different but its good

Great quality phone, being that it is unlocked you are able to use on any carrier we currently are using metro and it works great

The phone meets my expectations. It is easy to use, for instance transferring the data from my old phone. I like the size that I can hold the phone comfortably.
