Does not have expandable memory slot. This is something which comes with even cheaper phones. There is a chance that people looking forward to buy this phone would miss this, as I have.

Samsung can do better for a 1000 dollars phone. I feel like the quality went down!

Pros - Flat screen wit a stylus...can't use a stylus on curved displays ( which suck anyways ) decent battery life, awesome awesome screen, great performance cons - needs a micro sd card, needs more storage options, 90hz or 120z needed!, battery life could be better

I've had a Galaxy Note for almost 10 years now for as long as I can remember. I've had Versions 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, and now the 20. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they put the S Pen on the left side! Holy buckets it's annoying for a right handed person. I just can't get used to it even after a few days. It's so annoying I left this review. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent phone and top of the line and all that... Other than being extremely awkward to use the S Pen as a right handed person... it's a great phone with everything I always loved about the Note.

Two huge disappointments. First, they've taken away the option to set a global wallpaper in text messages. You can set a background for individual conversations. But I always enjoyed setting a main background for my text messages main screen and was really disappointed to learn that you can't with the N20. Second, the S-Pen is the whole reason I'm a Note user. It's my main buying reason. They moved the S-Pen slot from the right side to the left side of the bottom of the phone. Assuming most people are right handed, it is definitely more cumbersome to retract and replace the pen. I can't figure out the right place to put my left hand when replacing the pen - my finger hits the on/off button and closes the screen, or the phone rotates from portrait to landscape - very disappointing. Otherwise, the phone is fine and I do like it, but these are two key things for me and leave me really disappointed.

I love this device. The battery and charging time is really good. The phone is getting hot even when we use it a smaller duration.

I had my last phone, a Pixel 1 XL, for nearly 4 years. Never had a problem. I take care of my things. I had the note 20 for about 30 days. Never dropped it. Always had it in a case. Then u get a low temperature battery error. Phone can't charge. Go to T-mobile, exchange it for a new one. The new note 20 lasts 11 days before it gives me the same error. Samsung tells me to go to a repair shop. While I'm at the repair shop I got another guy in line behind me that has the same problem with his S20. Moral of the story: stay away from these phones. Avoid Samsung's 20 lineup. They're broken phones and this whole experience has convinced me to never trust another Samsung product ever again.

Replaced a Galaxy Note 5, and I'm very disappointed. The Note20 5G, does less than the Note5, will not alert me with incoming calls, text, or voice mail, and several other things. It will not keep Bluetooth settings. I live in Phoenix and get good signals from Verizon. Poor battery life, regardless of use. It will recharge however faster then my previous Note. Do buy this phone.

I like the phone, not the unlocked part! Bought this phone and took it to Verizon. They guy switched my SIM card and it worked fine for three months. Stopped dead. Went back and NOONE could get it to work. Went to US Cellular and they could not get it to work either. Neither place seemed to know what they were doing. My suggestion would be to leave the unlocked phones alone as they are more trouble than they are worth. Just say NO!

DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY, says ships to you in 2 days but then they delay it and now to two weeks. They also won't let you cancel because it is shipping with free controller that is already shipping.
