Too pricy and does exactly what my galaxy s9+ does.... so i didn't see much of a difference. Tried different photo shots but looks exactly like s9+. Love the color that's about it but i expected better quality but that's just my opinion and for the price not worth it.

It's a nice SmartPhone, I'm happy and enjoy it too much.

I was apprehensive switching from iPhone but I was told about all the great things, including the awesome battery life. I say "bullocks" to that! I have next to nothing stored on my phone, i clear email regularly, i close apps, and I'm not a gamer, nor do i do alot of streaming; yet the battery drains immediately after removing from charger. It was at 87% at 7 am and i didnt touch it until 5 pm and its at 52%. My old iPhone is at 53% since charged 2 days ago. The stupid phone has no undo/redo option! What the! And what is with all the options for opening stuff and all the cloud choices?! Best buy return policy does NOT allow nearly enough time to learn how to use the phone and I have spent hours making the attempt. A BB geek even told me the battery will get better with time. How much time should i give it, now that ive exceeded the return date? $1200 junk. Back to iPhone after I pay that off

I should not have to touch my phone when im in my truck driving. my Old phone knew when i was driving and would voice prompt me to text back so now when im drive i dont use my phone at all, miss alot of good things because of it.

I already bought my Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G ,in 2 months charging/usb port doesn’t work anymore. I try to get the service but no body care . They said to me you can throw it away we can’t fix that problem. This is crazy 1115$ phone to trash

I’m liking the features of the phone except from the battery. I don’t know if it’s just this phone but the battery on my phone reduces so fast.

Phone had issues with serial and model number not matching up. It took 3 visits and a few phone calls back & forth between geek squad and insurance company but was honored and purchased another phone.

Good but if you are investing that much why not go for ultra version which is couple 100 bucks more if grabbing an open box. Again depends on size liking but I guess you like big phones if are after note 20.

Phone is great but battery sucks! With note 9 you could go 2 or more days without charging it but this phone has to be on the charge daily.

Phone is fine. Like every Samsung. Screen is bright. Back camera is very good. Amazing pics. But front camera is worst I ever had so far. If u need selfie phone don't buy this you will regret

One week after I got the note 20 5G the back camera glass got cracked without dropped it or anything, I was just taking pictures and when I looked at it it was a cracked line on the glass, contacted Samsung and they told me they can’t help me unless I pay to get it fix, around $70 plus shipping to them

This phone is a real leaning curve from the Note 9. Setting it up, things don't make sense. I can't get it set up.

I purchased this device because there were no carrier phones in stock. The phone does not have a lot of features that are on lock phones.

This phone is garbage and i wish i stayed with the iphone. Too much crap is preinstalled and cloggs the speed up. Samsung pay keeps popping up for no reason and i never signed up for it in the first place. I might be to used to the Iphone but i used to own a note 3 and that was a decent phone. Ill keep using this phone hopefully it will geow on me.

Fingerprint doesn't work properly, not sure if is the screen protector or the cellphone!!

the speaker isnt that good, you struggle with video call audio alot with any video call app.

Faced quite a bit network problem. Had to upgrade with different phone. Not recommended.

Good phone but the samsung music app is poor without the CONCERT HALL feature.

I have always been a lover of samsung note...this phone on the other hand looks and feel cheap. I bought a screen protector but helped nothing because the corners that slightly bends aren't covered so after 2 weeks my a thousand dollars phone has a cracked screen and the sides of the cameras are all scratched up and to think that I am a cautious phone user. Very disappointed
