    I've been really happy with this phone, I was considering waiting for the Pixel 4a (5g) but I saw this for $679 for Open box -excellent. Phone came in new condition, perfect with all the stickers and no marks. At this price it is a great deal. The data speed and WiFi has doubled from my old galaxy A50. The photos are beautiful and crisp!

    After 3 months the phone went black and couldn't get on. Took it to repair shop and the Mother board was shot?? I don't over use my phone. Samsung have the worst customer service. The company I took it to got it replaced, or I'd still be waiting. Spend a lot of money on these products that should last longer than 3 months?

    I just switched to Android from Apple, was real nervous about it, I bought Norton for it too, the graphics are sound and all the awesome things you can do with it are a dream come true!! Buy it you won't regret it

    At the retail price of 1000 it is overpriced, but if you can get it on sale at 800 or less then it is a better buy. This is not the usual note flagship, it is downgraded. The main con IMO is the 1080p display, coming from the S10 it is a downgrade that I notice. Everything else is either equal or better to last gen(also missing 120hz but not a necessity). No complaints thus far except UHD.
