The phone is very user friendly and was easy to set up. I love the stylus and the phone itself is not as big as I imagined. I am happy with the purchase.

Wife loves her note. She had the note 10, it had a glitch with an update and fried itself, glad we had the insurance on it.

I posted this to the local stores review as well. And i have always bought my phones from this store not any more. i placed an online order for a new Galaxy Note20 Ultra phone, the online process and pickup is straight forward had no issue with that part. once i completed the pickup portion they took me to wireless to have my trade in processed. from there things were long and drawn out. the process takes time i understand that to transfer the info i needed transfered takes time. i so about an hour and half later the transfer is finished. the employee then hands me my phone says looks like its not activated yet sometimes this takes a while and you should just call sprint if its not working. im thinking to myself ive never had an issue before as i always buy my cell phone upgrades from Bestbuy and never from the carrier store. i take my phone that is currently not working at all other than being connected to best buys hotspot and leave. he told me to give it up to an hour (conviently 15 minutes past closing time) so i did. i headed back to the hotel im staying in with no ability to connect with anyone at all. once i realized something wasnt right i start trying to figure it out. i try to walk myself through the automated activation on the phone seems like its going ok when it pops up and says we need to verify your identity i click continue and the only option that is available is send me a text message at my number. ok except that i just traded my working phone in and was given a 1300 dollar paper weight. so i say ok ill call sprint, wait my phone isnt activaged to 611 does not work. so i say alright ill get on the mysprint app, i click it and it tells me there is an update required. it says to log into google account to update so i put in my info and again please verify identity and again wants to send a text to a phone that doesnt work. dead end, again. so i call sprint as the lazy sales person originally said to. i call sprints 1800 number and the phone did allow that number to go through as i have no access to any other phone any where where i am. i go through all the info with them and they say we need to troubleshoot and tells me to call from another line but i do not have access to another phone so again i am stuck. Best buy was no help as they were closed, sprint was no help as they couldnt because of best buys inability to do their job, and im stuck now 4 hours with no access to my phone fighting to keep my calm. so finally i have to take this phone driver 45 minutes to the nearest sprint/tmobile location that is still open before im stuck all night with no phone. i dont see how bestbuy could possibly let a phone that they just sold, a 1300 dollar purchase walk out of the store and tell the customer it might work in an hour or so or just call the carrier with the phone that doesnt work. i wont be buying another phone at best buy, if i hadnt have been able to get it working last night i would have been waiting there this morning to return the phone. and to add icing to the cake i try calling today to talk to a manager, after the line rang and played hold music off and on for 45 minutes at 1 pm i finally had someone answer i tell them id like to speak to a manager with the wireless department and i am put on hold. after a couple minutes it begins to ring and then back to hold music. line picks up no answer then im hung up on. so almost an hour sitting on hold to address an issue and im hung up on. that has led me to submit this review. i do recommend purchasing a phone from best buy. i always have and have recieved great service in the past but i was beyond ready to give up and tell them where to put their phone. 5 hours and many many missed calls and texts worrying just because a kid decided he was done messing with my phone and pushed me off on my way. sorry bestbuy but your standards are going the wrong direction.
