A: The phone doesn't come with headphones at all (They aren't listed as being in the box) I've read you can call Samsung Customer service and they will send you the regular corded headphones though.
Q: Why does Sprint/Tmobile only offer the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in black only?

A: Hi there, I was having hard time purchasing this phone through sprint/tmobile either through website or in person at the store. By chance I went to best buy and was looking for an unlocked version and the sales person asked me what service and they had one! call around or check around. I think they are pushing the s21 more now but I am a note lover. Good luck in your search

Q: Does unlocked mean the device has been used?
A: No. It is a new device. Unlocked means that the device can be used with any phone carrier including an international carrier if you are traveling. You will need what is called a SIM card (similar to an SD card) from the carrier to activate your new phone with that carrier. There is a generic SIM card that comes with the phone. If you activate while making your purchase, you will receive a carrier specific one with the phone. You just swap the two to activate with the phone company you chose. In the future, if you decide to change phone companies, you can switch using your same device. You just need another SIM card from the new company.
