    I am a committed samsun user! Upgraded from the note 8. T mobile didn't have any in stock, Best Buy had just a few left. I ordered this for pick up abd it was ready in less than an hour. I'm sure I'm going to stick with Samsung for life!

    This phone is fantastic. After having an S8+ for the past few years I couldn't be happier. Also being someone who is trying to get in and out quickly the pickup was simple and activation through Sprint/T-Mobile was pretty simple.

    Mathew helmick was perfect he knew what he was doing and he was honest and tells me straight out how it is. I'm telling he deserves a raise. He was patient and gave more time up just to do the new phone with me I wish we had more people like mathew!!

    Purchased 2. Always loved the NOTE LINEUP. You have to purchase the note20 ultra to be able to get the external memory. The lower model does not offer expandable memory. The day samsung doesn't offer expandable memory on the note lineup will be the day I am no longer a samsung consumer. So far phone is great. Note: Get a case that offers protection for the camera.
