Loving ❤ my new note 20 ultra . The customer service of best buy is always superb . Still new things to discover im sure . I'm Samsung for life . I was close to switching to the iPhone world . I refuse to do so .

I've had this phone for 3 months now and the only negative is the battery. If you leave it set the way the factory has it the battery will last. It was to dark for me so my battery doesn't make it as advertised.

Love the picture quality, phone is bigger and I am enjoying it

Good. Gets a little glitchy when minimizing youtube. I love the pen. Wish the fingerprint sensor was also on the back. The fingerprint reader is on the front and won't read your finger side ways as you hold the phone. It has to be spot on. It won't recognize it if your finger is damp. (Like in a drizzle).

Love the phone. I came in close to closing and they were able to get me in and out without feeling rushed. I have gone to Best Buy for my last four phones and have never been disappointed.

This phone is for better in terms of the pen, the screen resolution, the speakers for relaxing listening to music, etc. I am very pleased that I waited until this release to upgrade my Note 8

I love this phone. It is so responsive and the 5G network is amazing. It is pricey but it has a lot of value for what you are buying. If you want the top of the line, this is it.

Great overall phone.. New updates bring dual sim functionality on this device . dex is also good on device pair with a bluetooth wireless keyboard for best experience

My husband is a fan of the notes. And he said this one here takes the cake!! It has multiple cameras which actually everyone says take better pics than the IPhone 12 pro.

Nice phone but forced me to get rid of storage, SD Card, slot for earphones just to start using. It doesn't have enough memory to start just to transfer items from my Note 9 512g to it. Returning. Doesn't feel like an upgrade

Awesome phone. It was a great recommendation. The staff on hand explained the difference between the 2 Note20. He recommended the 20 Ultra which it was the best choice.

Great phone service a lil touchy at time but that come with the carrier and towers phone is excellent this one has lil less space but other then that same great phone

I love my new phone. I upgraded from the S9+. It hold more memory which I needed. Also I love that I was able to order online an do curbside to pick it up.
