I don't know what to say. I just love it. The camera is amazing, screen color is bright, I love all the features.

Had to retire my galaxy note 3. LOVED my old phone. I still prefer it to this one.....pricey!

I love my phone, it is excellent, it takes beautiful photos and taking notes is really comfortable for me.

You can't go wrong with the smart phone. Better than having an actual laptop! The camera is absolutely amazing!

I'VE LOVED samsung galaxy notes since i bought a note 3 years ago. I've used almost all of the except the note 7. This is the first samsung note phone I'm not thrilled with it has lots of cameras but even they're not as flawless ascthe note 8. The quality of screen and the over devise doesnt run as smoothly as the note 8 or note 10 plus. The screens cracked with a protector on both front & back. Its slugish or doesnt work as smoothly. Its has a lot to offer but doesnt deliver the quality I expected on such an expensive phone. I find myself going back to my note 8, which I kept. I love the stylist, but the screen is aweful, reflective, smudgy, hard to read. The battery is not even a year old and its starting to run out after 5 6 hours. My note 8 went for at least a full day, before needing a charge. When I first received the phone I thought the settings on it were wrong because it was so choppy in response time. I did several tutorials on this phone but none of them made the phone more efficent it kept crashing. Evidently samsung, google and amazon dont work well together one geek squad service rep told me but they work finecon my note 8. Overall the only thing that I see enhanced is the video camera but my note 8 takes better pictures. Overall I'd have waited for the next samsung note. The camera sticking out on the back is a pain as well. I've always liked the sleekness of the note look, the protruding camera on this ruins the overall asthetics.

I've always loved Galaxy notes. For the last six years I was required by work to use an iPhone. Left that job and went back to the Note as soon as possible. Out of the box it was setup to act like an iPhone which really made me grumpy. Over the period of about a month through experimentation I was able to get it acting like I wanted. The screen is amazing and I use the stylus a lot. Over all it provides about the same value as a new iPhone but it fits me better. The biggest plus is the battery lasts me two days between charges.

My daughter got crazy about so I bought for her it’s really a good phone the price it’s high but she deserved.

Best samsung galaxy note ever. To me, there is no competition on cell phone market for samsung note series.

Opted for the 20 since you will not be able to have upgradable storage in future models.

Phone is larger then I like, Samsung have made some changes or removed some items that should of left from older phones. Made some thing have more steps to complete like texting.

I really live this phone i had the iphone 11 pro max but that ain't doesn't compare to this note 20 ultra

I love love love my ohine no cap! Ive been using the Samsung note ever since it came out and when I found out they had a note 20 I was over the moon with joy. I wasn't sure about best buy cahse it would be my first purchase with them but I got barging for money among other nice surprises, again Tristan u rocked u went above and beyind on this purchase thanks a million. He made me feel safe in my decision to purchase this phone. Keep it up

Wow!!! I have really upgraded my life buying this phone. Easy to use and fast.

Picked this phone up on sale and it is everything you would expect from a flagship Samsung phone. Screen is huge, almost tablet size, and dynamic. Phone is snappy and battery life is good if you stay away from the 120ghz screen speed.

I'm an iPhone user for years. Now I wanted to try something different and my God. This phone is amazing. Love it.

Works great. A little to big for me but is a great phone.
