I love my new phone was an upgrade from Galaxy Note5, which I really liked as well. It has been fairly easy to get use to with the exception of taking a screen shot, learning to swipe instead of pushing buttons.

The new Note20 is super easy to set up and sleek looking. Did quite a bit of price shopping before settling on Best Buy. The price was competitive with direct from Samsung. Replaced my Note8, what an upgrade! Make sure you get a case, the camera in the back sticks out from the phone.

This was a delayed Xmas gift for my son. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and ver efficient. Although the department was very busy she took her time to guide me thru the issues & recommended some extra’s that I needed The rep getscacbig plus in my book.

Best phone ive owned so far...luv it! My only issue is the battery life. That may be my own fault though due to to many apps taking up space or memory. Can't wait for the S22 Ultra. I hear it's the nezt version in the Note Series.

I've had other android devices and I've had iphone and I always go back to Samsung. I've had every single Galaxy since S5 and I love the Samsung experience. Best android experience and more feature rich phone there is! After holding it in your hands you'll know it is worth every penny.

I have always used samsung everything. Their products have been progressively getting worse. This phone was the final straw. It is just typical Samsung junk. Too many glitches and programming issues. Every update renders the phone in poorer and poorer condition. Save your time and purchase an IPhone.

Longtime Apple user with an iPhone as my daily driver, but I've always loved the Note. I've had a Note 4, Note 5, Note 7 (rip), and just purchased the Note 20 Ultra. It's a good phone, of course - it's a top of the line Note - but for almost $1400 w/ tax, you'd expect far better quality control. Extremely disappointing, especially coming back to the N20 Ultra after going through the Note 7 experience and that entire debacle a few years back. Google "Note 20 dust issues" and you'll see result after result complaining about dust under the camera cover / enclosure out-of-the-box. I had hoped that given the time since the N20 was released, Samsung would have been able to resolve this issue. I had also hoped that this was a small issue that a loud group of folks were complaining about, but not widespread ... Nope; out of the box, there's a huge speck of white dust right inside of the housing in the middle of the bottom lens. As a result, the rear-facing camera is nonfunctional (autofocus goes crazy). I really, really want to love this phone but I can't recommend anything with this price tag that comes out of the box with an issue like that (dust under the camera lens). If there's a physical issue present that causes a functional problem (autofocus) that makes it past Quality Control like this - and for this long - who knows what other issues may be present that aren't as highly visible. I'll return (exchange) the device, but again; it's a pretty wild thing to have to do after dropping $1400 on a phone. I highly recommend opening the box at the store in front of an associate to check, so BB doesn't try to charge the $45 "restocking" fee for selling a defective item from Samsung.

I've had every Galaxy Note since the original and this is the best one yet!! You will NOT be disappointed. I have the Ultra and the 6.9" screen is just right. The fact that the storage is expandable to 1TB is a good selling point for me. You will not be let down by this phone!

Good battery life. Easy to use , S pen is very useful , great for gaming , social media!

First time to buy a Samsung over Apple. Ive been an apple user for a decade, now I fell like theres an obvious tech gap between the two. I love it by the way, the phone

Reading & signing documents become that much easier with this phone. Pairing with your Samsung TV to use Dex is a wonderful feature. For your inner artist, this phablet is handy and powerful.

Great phone. ***One reason for not giving it 5 stars*** refuses to connect to Windows Phone Link for phone calls as advertised (it does for texts and apps and email), and Samsung's response was 'talk to Microsoft'. Needs a wired earpiece jack (wired does run out of battery charge).

One of the best phones I have ever owned taking in consideration that I have owned all note versions from the note 1 to this one. Loving the fact that by buying an unlocked phone i don't have to deal with all the extra apps installed by cellphone carriers.

I love this phone. I just wish I could experience the supposed 5g that is "available" in my area. I like the fingerprint reader under the screen feature and the s-view flip cover.

I actually bought this phone about a year before making this review. I bought a Z FOLD 3 recently and returned it and went back to my note 20 ultra. You will not regret buying this phone. Everything is amazing.

My favorite Samsung phone, Pen great, build quality great, display great ......but the camera has massive focus issues. Not sure if they fixed it

Very high performance phone with lot of great features, but a bit expensive

fantastic phone, although Samsung got rid of the headphone jack a while ago. Forced me to buy a dongle for 13 bucks. The staff at Best Buy was fantastic and I can't say enough about their courtesy and friendly assistance.

Wanted a 512GB but they only had one left. My Mom is happy with the phone.

So far its great. Pen works really well, battery is better than my old phone, everything loads fast and its super responsive. Easily recommended even though the price is abit high
