This phone has best great up until now, now my unlimited carrier services some of my plan features want operate and m carriers technical support hasn't a clue I keep getting Error reports and my mobible internet want conncet, which is kinda weird. It was find and so was my 5G still investigating and seeking help. But all in nice phone but this.

I'm a Samsung fan specially the Note series phones it's the only ones I buy, my Note10+ screen broke and I had to send it in for repairs overseas, I could wait and black Friday was coming up andit was on sale for under $1,000. Enjoying it!

I love this phone. I had a note 4, long ago that I loved. Note 20ultra is user friendly, easy to maneuver, the screen size is perfect, the picture quality is superb, so much more, read the specs. Overall, glad I purchased this phone.

Great phone and color. I upgraded from my note 10 plus and I prefer this one because it is lightweight. My note 10 plus was really heavy. I love samsung but this by far is my favorite and the added bonus is that I can go to any carrier.

A really good phone but the colors dont look very vibrant.

I love everything about this phone. The only con is that my charger had stopped working a month and a half after I bought the phone.

I love this phone but i hate the camera bump. Its so large that if you do any physical work and the phone is in your pocket you will most likely brake the glass im a construction worker and i have had it replaced 3 times so keep that in mind guys

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. He uses it for everything forms calls to gaming and watching movies. I’m an iPhone user but I’m seriously considering change to this one. It’s amazing

What a monster of a phone. Screen is amazing & the stylus pen is a nice tool. I purchased this over the other Samsung phones because it still has the expandable memory.

Love my new phone!! Very easy to set up. I was coming from a Note 9 and really loved it but it quite working the same month I paid the last payment. The only thing I don't like is the volume controls are on the opposite side.

I have owned the note 5 in the past and I loved it. I owned it for many years and it provided me with great service. I have not owned this new phone as long but I love it so far. It is very powerful and tons of features. Love it .

I love my Note! I have been using Samsung Note phones for years now and I just love them. I am sad that this is to be the last one to be made. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone, friend or foe!

I am a little disappointed in this device. Considering the price and that it was just recently released on the market, I would expect it to be a little more reliable. When I first activated and programmed my phone I wasn't receiving any calls or texts. After a couple of days with Verizon unable to identify a problem with the service, I decided to do a factory reset and start over. That fixed the issue but the phone just freezes randomly on any screen and the only way to get it to stop is hold down the power key until it restarts. At first it did this constantly to the point I didn't see any point in having the phone but after a few troubleshooting steps suggested through Samsung Community support, it has gone from every time I try to use my phone to maybe once or twice a day, but is unacceptable either way and I can either deal with it or exchange through manufacturers warranty for a refurbished device that could be worse than the original.

Great phone, though it took some getting used to. Kind of large but easy to hold and buttons are placed well. Can use fingerprint for password when it is stored for an app or a site. May cause me to forget all my passwords!!

Not a hater here. Owned samsung phones since 2006. They've always proven to be the most durable and functional phones even as the touch screens became common and the screens cracked they would still function. This is my first note however before this it was an s9+ , with which I am writing this review! Spoiler alert! The phone has a clunky or glitchy operating system from drop down menus to opening apps I often have to select or swipe multiple times with terrible results either it thinks I selected something nearby or a completely different function or jus nothingat all. The camera has a really hard time focusing on close up items and honestly no noticeable improvement from the S9 camera. It drops calls randomly with with full signal, even calls while connected to an extremely high performing Wi-Fi connection were absolutely intermittent at best as if it were a call to the other side of the globe and only every other word was even understandable. On "Americas most reliable network" plus an outstanding high speed wifi the communication would drop or web sites and apps would be non responsive. Now some of this is quite possibly the network, but most is just an overpriced under performing glass plate of a phone. I knew full well the size and what to expect but this phone feels and is observably more fragile and is at extreme risk unless fully enclosed in a water tight case. I know this is not exactly targeted as an out doorsy phone but it sure tries to claim at least some survivability with its ip ratings. Answer is no way! Lenses are in no way protected the stick out like a giant kick me sign! Battery barely lasts a day. Bought the ultra model to keep the expandable memory feature but the phone doesn't perform well enough for me to trust my files on it. Just an fyi already received multiple solicitor calls since purchasing and I haven't done any business on this phone other than set up on the "most reliable network" and browse the phone, web, and its features. Worst phone yet! New phones are actually getting worse as the iphone 12 pro max doesn't match up either tried that one as well! Between terrible performance to outdated proprietary technology this phone isn't even as good as a phine made 3 years ago. 5g? Forget about it thats like gig speed internet in your home thats a joke as well fyi. Stick with your reliable soldier phones who haven't failed you. Having tested the two top tier phines on the market from the two biggest makers I am very skeptical to even waste time with my more experienced line the galaxy. Oiu i wish u all luck on your new phone adventure but be prepared to be very disappointed unless you're upgrading from a flip phone. Yhen be prepared to always be stuck to a charger!

I bought this phone back in 2020 and its still an amazing phone! No matter what this phone is useful in many ways and on how you use it. Plus its great for gaming lol.
