    Way overpriced. Im not sure where this companies come up with there prices. I only purchased because T-Mobile made me. My note 5 worked just fine. Slower yes but it still worked.

    Received in a brown box, no other accessories and it was dirty and had finger prints all over it. Considering there is a 45 restock fee, thought the phone would have been cleaned. Returned it after the phone locked up after 24 hours and needed reset.

    Never buy this phone, the cameras are not good at all, the screen tends to be blue, but the old phone was Samsung note 9 much better[[ I'll throw this phone in the trash and buy apple iphone 12 pro max]] from different stores

    So I bought this to replace my iPhone 11 Pro Max thinking it was an upgrade... well I was wrong this was not as smooth nor as fast as my iPhone. Needed up returning the next day and went back to my iphone

    This phone gives me nothing but problems. First it doesnt keep connectivity wether its bluetooth and thats horrible to say the least. It doesnt keep connected if its not in use that really stinks alway going into settings and turning it back on when i have a very good internet and phone company. It gets hot very easily as well. Its had to shut down a couple times because of heat issues. I DO NOT LIKE THIS PHONE. i traded the flip 2 phone for THIS....... What was i thinkin. I want to trade it back.

    Phone rattles, camera glitches. Not happy at all. Very expensive and it's not worth the price. Going back to apple.

    One of the best phones Samsung ever made

    This is one of the best cell phones that I have ever owned, and I have owned many, going back to the original Flip phones, and before. Unfortunately Samsung, in all of its stupidity, discontinued this great phone. The new Flip/Fold phones are ridiculously overpriced (and there are even more expensive ones that Citizens of the United States won't see for a while, unless they travel to China or Korea, and that's if they allow you to buy one there.) So, barring this one completely going haywire it will be lasting me a long time.

    They got my order wrong twice, one is online and other one is at the store , All I want is white color not freaking black and u guys kept shipping me the black one , look before u sent out , what the heck , if I know u guys can’t tell the the different of the color , I rather buy it from the Samsung official site. At least them know what them are doing.

    Worst phone I have owned, home screen touch freezes and i got to restar phone at least twice a hitch. Battery drains fast and selfie camera is not good either for the price you pay for. Im going to iphone its my second note phone that comes out bad on me

    Do not buy its not worth 1300. The screen came with scratches in glass from factory and bestbuy did nothing to help me. Good think it's not an apple I can change screen myself. Very disappointed in bestbuy. The new vicissitudes glass is bs hype to get you to pay more point blank.

    This phone did not hold up to the prior Note. Did not realize that the Galaxy to Galaxy video calling doesn't work on the phone until after the return date. I only upgrade after the screen on my Galaxy note 10 broke. Don't waste your $.

    Esim feature which can be enabled for T-Mobile users, couldnt be enabled for unlocked user. who paid full amount for the phone. even after 8 months of launch.

    Especially this device does not work 100%, the screen stuck and I cannot use it, I did not buy a protection plan either, it was my mistake not to buy it, therefore I do not recommend that you buy this phone

    Not the Samsung phone I was hoping for. Super soft screen glass that scratched almost instantly. Camera glass shattered on its own in colder temps over night while camping.
