I like the phone and everything. Bought the 5G unlocked, but the SIM that Best Buy provided is 4G.

The phone is super glitchy. I've had to do a hard reset twice.

It does not work now after 3month and it give mi a lot of problem

I just traded in my note 9 for Note 20 ultra and I am in love with my new phone. Super fast, the camera quality is amazing. The best phone I've had so far... Maybe it is a little overpriced, but the trade-in price was so good, that note 20 ultra cost me only 740$ + Samsung gave me 150$ credit and I purchased live buds for only 19$. Great upgrade. Very happy!

This is the best mobile phone to date. Its worth holding onto if possible. It is rock solid when it comes to performance, and features. When compared to the latest and greatest mobiles, this one continues to out spec them in many areas.

This phone is a really great, reliable phone. We've used it for 3 years and it works fantastic. The memory space on the phone is great, and it functions really well. I wish Samsung would consider making future generations oft his phone because of the level of quality it brings to the table. The high quality photos and videos captured by the camera on this phone is unmatched by any other device.

Good phone. performs as it should. Photos and videos are great. Extra sim slot allows for more photo storage than I would ever need. Overall a great phone. Still going after 3 years, but battery life has diminished some as expected.

This is the best phone I have ever used. The functionality is above and beyond my expectations. Everything is buttery smooth. The S Pen is dope. I constantly get compliments on the camera. It takes excellent pictures. The only con I would say is the camera hump....but with a decent case you can't notice. Plus check out the YouTube drop tests...The new gorilla glass smokes the iPhone

I love this phone. I have it for 4 yrs and works really good. The only problem with this phone is that the LCD are very expensive to replace.

Overall this is a quality and good phone, but like anything there could be some things improved. One, don't expect to not hate the camera bump unless you are using a case which makes it flush with itself, with that it really becomes a non-issue. Another issue is the fact that the screen goes almost to the very top of the devices, especially once a case is put on this makes it difficult to successfully swipe down from the top to bring up the system / notification tray successfully. The curved edges of the device also at times cause issue with selection of content near the edge or through accidental contact of holding the phone. Phone is fast and responsive, battery lasts over a full day. Overall enjoying the phone.
