It`s a nice and great. but, who would pay that much two years old phone when the S22 ultra has new hardware, newer processor better camera and cheaper price.

I love this phone. I am not a real big tech person but this phone is amazing. The screen is vibrant, the camera is unbelievable. There are alot of features i dont use often but i like that it has 12 gig of ram and a 6.9 inch screen. I know i wont have to upgrade for some time. If you prefer large phones and an unbelievable display you should buy this. I switched from apple to samsung 3 years ago and have been extremely satisfied. You get more phone for the same.or less money

Fast processor ,good quality display but as some other users mentioned some apps are really privacy intrusive with out option of removing them and the Amoled screen its very poor quality especially with the curved edge super easy to break regardless of the screen protector and phone case unless you carry the phone in your business purse and keep on your desk ,even a small drop it's good enough to crack the screen and get black area that expands easy since it's amoled replaced twice in a year by myself and spent close to $800 on parts, regret not listening to my kids and get a iPhone 12 ,the screen size and the third party apps for Android where selling point do to the my line of work but I just got myself a new iPhone as a replacement if my Galaxy Note20 Ultra breaks again since still on payment plan and also is over priced I paid $1300 last year in December and to end the story the camera is good but not as good as iPhone, also fingerprint is acting up regardless of screen protector or not so I guess this will be the last Android phone for me after so many years but in the past I been only buying LG phones and they are not anymore in the phone industry so is time to switch to iPhone

The only reason I got this phone was because my previous note broke and the replacement request couldn't be fulfilled. Not a fan of the design.

Horrible screen, nice phone. In that order.

The phone is great overall, but I have had horrible luck with the screens on Note phones. I've had a Note 5, Note 10+, and this Note 20 Ultra all with screen issues. The screens are insanely expensive to replace and even when replaced do not hold up due to the curved edge (TERRIBLE DESIGN). To put it in perspective, you can get an iPhone screen replaced for $100 or less....not this phone. It was about $300 and didn't last over a few months. The bottom line is Samsung needs to stop making a curved edge (I was told that is the reason the screens are so expensive and difficult to replace). If you want this phone, 100% get the insurance through Best Buy. WHEN you need to replace it, it'll cost you over $200 even WITH the insurance (not loving that since I've had the phone about a year), but it's way cheaper than buying a replacement outright.

    CPU GETTING SUPER HOT

CPU is getting super hot. I barely got this phone the day it came out and I'm already having heat issues! CPU temperature goes between 122 to 140 F all the time according to CPU monitor . the top part of my phone is always extremely hot. When I charge the phone it gets even worst. I have android auto, as soon as i plug in to my car i can already feel the phone getting hot. I know is summer but my AC is always on and my windows are tinted so no excuses. my house AC is always on, the phone shouldnt get hot at all specially since it just a brand new phone. Dont even get me started when i use the camera. even without 8k the phone gets hot. Im scared that the phone is going to be the same as the note 7 with the excessive heat.

    Worst Camera Ever Used

    Posted .

Forget 8K videos. It looks like the worst videos I have ever took was with this camera. The only video and imaging quality that is nice in this phone is the 1080P. So the only camera that is good in that phone is 12MP. It looks like the software is trying to fix something that is just not there. Out of 20 photos that I took, only 3 was good and it was 2 in 12MP and one was HD in the manual Pro Mode. UltraHIgh mode has too many white spots and looks horrible (even with the latest update). Everything else seems to work, and I liked the pen. But I could not get over the Camera Quality. Which is the reason why I bought it in the first place.

Beware!!! Poor quality and overpriced phone!

Do not get this phone!!!! The phone started randomly rebooting, when I was taking a picture or getting a call. I contacted Samsung about the issue and directed me to Geek Squad or I break U Fix. I went to both stores and they told me they could not fix the issue and to call Samsung. After 2 hours on a call and being transfered 3 times they sent me a label to ship in my phone for repair. A week later, I received my phone with the same issue. Samsung states the phone passed its quality check and there is nothing wrong with my phone. This is unacceptable and Samsung should take responsibility of their poor quality, overpriced products. This has been a waste of time and ever since their phones started blowing up their products have not been the same. Hope sharing this will save someone else the trouble.

    Stay away from Samsung!

    Posted .

The phone is a bit disappointing. The 50x zoom produces VERY blurry pictures. The S20 ultra's 100x zoom was eliminated due to similar reasons. My biggest issue is with Samsung's refusal to live up to their promise of giving me a free set of AKG headphones. Years ago they gave me a FORTNITE code instead of the headphones! I'm not really sure what I was supposed to do with that considering my age. You are better off buying the Pixel 5 or waiting for the new iPhone 12. Apple and Google/Alphabet have much better customer service. Best Buy will be taking pre-orders on the iPhone 12 soon.

No headphone comes with it, not compatible with old Samsung headphones, customer service only provide option to buy headphone at full price from their website. Cameras not centered, poor build quality and quality control. Only the screen looks like a $1400+ phone. Camera quality about $700. Quality Control about $200
