I couldn't fit my whole review in the first one so this is just the rest of my experience with the note 20 ultra. The 1st time I purchased was January 6th and On the 15th day the phone started to glitch updates were all updated and I had no choice but to return it for a new one.. And honestly I am very sad to say my return Period For this new one is over And I'm just now starting to experience glitches. I will be taking it back to Best Buy and explaining my frustration and How I had to lose my pictures on the 1st phone due to having to return it for this one which I will probably be faced with again since I have no phone handy to save my data from this 1 so I will have to turn it in and wait for the new phone that I order which won't be a Samsung note 20 ultra. This phone is not worth the money. Sorry Samsung and sorry Best Buy because It's not your fault Best Buy For Selling Samsung 2 star rated products. I wish I had access to these reviews about this phone before I purchased it but unfortunately I didn't. I will be returning this phone As soon as I am able to With the proof of the glitches that I recorded with my boyfriend's phone 2nd time aroundSince this is the 2nd Samsung note 20 ultra unlocked purchased from Best BuyAnd same as the 1st after the return. Is over the glitches start to happen. Wondering if it's just for the unlocked ones. Meant to put value at 1 notch not 2 because the value of it does not match the price I paid at all.

Another successful Samsung phone that is incredibly fast and one that has a great camera.

I upgraded from my note 8. The note 20 is a big jump. The feel of the phone is solid. For me it's the width of the phone that gives this feel. The s-pen is fantastic with the air gestures in now has. I can rewind or forward a video. I can take pictures, switch from front camera to rear camera with the s-pen while standing away from my phone. The picture quality is better than my previous phone. One thing that I didn't like was that it took a better night picture on normal mode than on night mode. I would think night mode would be better. Night mode had noise and was not as sharp as normal mode.

If you can look past the price it's a great phone.

This phone has all you want in a phone. From Camera to storage. Came in three nice colors.

Did not show up in original packaging, Came with a bad flash. The flash doesn't work regardless if in taking a photo or not. I bout this for $955 after tax I will be returning for a new one , I'm willing to pay the $100-$200 difference so I can have a phone the same day as I return this current Note. Otherwise this devise feels and looks brand new. Still has plastic strips around the frame.

I absolutely love my phone. Camera is awesome. This is the best phone I ever purchased.
