Good product, good quality but very expensive for what it is.

After upgrading my Note 10+ to this model overall I've had to give this one a try as well. Overall I would say it is a very useful smartphone. The only thing is the camera hump since it is not flush with the phone when going to use my wire charger if not seated correctly it will not register.

Easy set up, was a gift for my parents and as the last model with the capability to expand memory, it's perfect for them.

Great Product so far and extremely user friendly. Didn't get much information as I would have liked upon purchase, but I am OK with that. Salesman just seemed in a hurry to make the sale. I am OK with the product though.

Had to return this beautiful phone after I longed to go back to a Note for 2 long years after switching to iPhone. I had a Note 8 I traded - big mistake! Buying the Note 20 Ultra - another mistake! This phone was a pleasure to use, set up was a bit of a pain going between the 2 platforms it's normal, and although the battery life was shorter than expected which could have been caused by the problem, it really charged fast so not a deal breaker for me. The unreasonable issue? NO INTERNET unless on WIFI - the phone locked up it seems due to spotty 5G Verizon coverage where I live & having no way to lock the phone to LTE which has more stable coverage here. As long as I was in a well covered 5G area the phone would switch between 5G and LTE seamlessly although noticeable if loading a large file but much faster than my 2 year old iPhone. But when returning to my home area it would do fine as long as it remained LTE but on the first switch to 5G would it would refuse to load anything - the internet became totally unusable as it would not switch back to LTE even after restarting the phone. I chatted online with Verizon to no avail - that was a mess because they would send a message to access my acount which I didn't/couldn't receive and after 3 times my account locked for 24 hours. I went to a Verizon Corporate store - they set my phone to another network setting (I think CDMA LTE) it worked for a while and then the phone had no provider when I returned to my home area, there was a pop up asking to return to Global which I did and I got phone service back but still no internet. Best Buy had the best customer service in this whole experience, they tried to fix it by updating the software but the problem remained, thankfully they allowed me to return the phone as I was on the 14th day. I wasted a LOT of our time and gas on the phone making 4 trips to the larger city 18 miles away, bought a screen saver and a case (not from BB) which I can't return. I'm not happy with Verizon / Samsung because they apparently don't advise of this problem, the only way I was able to find out was to buy the phone and then once YOU identify the problem you can Google it and there it all is - complaints from customers, but nothing came up in reviews or any search I did about the phone directly before purchasing. Since the phone has been out a year, why wasn't Verizon at least able to advise / diagnose the issue immediately let alone after several requests? And Samsung, why can't this phone be switched to LTE like the iPhone - (which I found out does work from a customer while at the Verizon store) But even then Verizon didn't say - this phone will NOT work for you as apparently it won't, at this point, is it even possible they weren't aware of the real issue? I can only guess that is why I got the feeling they just wanted me out of there. Bottom line be leery if you live in an area with little 5G coverage because you may have no control over if / when your internet will work, and buy your peripherals from Best Buy so you can return them also if you get a bum deal like this. I will NOT consider another Samsung until this problem is documented as fixed and who knows, maybe by then I'll be as happy with iPhone (at least it works) as I once was with Samsung. I'll also be looking for a carrier that doesn't patronize me by saying meaningless nice things that count for nothing if the service doesn't work and you don't advise or diagnose appropriately. Ultimately allowing the customer to waste money and effort while going without service well paid for - honestly, after a year do they not know......is that possible?

Replaced a Note8--the display on this is much nicer than the older model. It does take a while to get used to having power and volume buttons on same side. Screen shots are more difficult.

Awesome phone and a great price! The service personnel were to personnel were a great help and easily transferred my old phone data to this phone. Suggesting a great screen protector and phone case..

Love my phone huge upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S8. The only issue I hAve with Samsung is their speaker phone seems to be a thing. I wish the sound was clean and clear like apple FaceTime audio

After spending 7 years with iOS, this was a welcome change and oh boy ! no device would be closer to what a Note is capable of. The phone has so many features if you are a control freak allowing complete customization.

The best phone ever. Excellent battery life. Very fast charge with the brick that came with it. Definitly recommended.

Nice phone big screen. The pen is a great feature.

I love my new phone just have to find a new provider because boost does not support it.

I've had cell phones for over 20 years this is the 1st cellphone that I've actually broke twice and had a good cases and not to press with the gorilla glass that says it has otherwise in that it is awesome phone and does a lot but you better not drop it

Phenomenal camera!! Battery life mediocre at best.

Hands down my favorite phone of all time. I switch from a iphone 12 pro max after using my buddies note 20 ultra. The 120 hz response along with the gorgeous squared off screen make it a no brainer.

I upgraded from the s9 plus and let me tell you, I love this phone. It can do so much, beautiful to look at and sturdy. It is worth the big price tag.

Very happy with the newest model from Samsung. Be sure to get a case if you buy this, as it is a fingerprint magnet, and who wants to drop their $1000 phone on the ground and shatter it into a billion pieces?

Have been an IPhone user for many years and decided to make the switch. So far I am liking it but it is an adjustment. It seems like it can do anything. I like that it will take additional storage.

Greta phone. I am fan of Samsung family. Great phone, pictures, speed , memory This model still have memory card. I think it is very important feature for any phone in this class.

I always go with the unlock version of phones and with the note series you can't go wrong, love the size and ease of use. Generally I do not use the pen as much as I would like. But otherwise great phone
