After having this phone for a month, it definitely feels like a $1,000 phone. It's a really pretty phone but I have mines in a otterbox with a glass curved screen protector. Very powerful processor, twice the power of a iPhoneX. I love using Bixby, and Samsung health to check my heartbeat, oxygen in my blood, and stress level.

The Note 8 is by far the best note Samsung has produced

The phone is awesome unfortunately they didn't give me the $25 gift card that I was supposed to get but other than that great.

the Note 8 has a curved screen on both sides with a very bright colorful display. the glass is reactive to touch and fits nicely in my larger hands. i would recommend spending the extra money and buying a high quality screen protector, I've found the cheaper ones dull the sensitivity to a point it is difficult and painful to use.

My previous phone was a Samsung Note 3 which I liked and kept for a number of years. Updated apps and software rendered my old phone obsolete. Hence, I needed to upgrade. Several in my family have I-Phones and encouraged me to switch. I did consider it, if for no other reason than to be on a compatible system with theirs. After serious review, I'm so glad that I stayed with Samsung. Even my old phone outperformed my wife's newer I-Phone until very recently. Everything, for the most part, is where I expect it. There are some new versions of apps on the Note 8 that I wish were more like my Note 3; but I'll get used to the new much more easily than I would have with the Apple. In my view, the Samsung platform is a step ahead of the Apple OS. My advice is to "look before you leap" if you like your present Samsung before you change to an I-Phone. I also purchased the Tab Note-3 tablet. It's also better than my wife's I-Pad. Both access through the wireless phone system. Hers has 128 gig memory. My Tab 3 has 64 gig internal plus a memory card with another 128 gig. It also has more functionality. Hope this helps you.

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY S8+ CUTING OUT ALL OF THE TIME DURING A PHONE CALL. THE PROBLEM HAS CLEARED UP WITH THIS PHONE

Not sure why I waited so long to upgrade to the Note 8, but this phone does it all. I am over the moon about this purchase.

This phone is amazing! The S-Pen is useful for many things... the display is huge and bright... camera is wonderful... only thing I don't LOVE is that if you have a case on it and if your fingernails are not cut super short, the fingerprint scanner can be a little hard to access (it's on the back of the phone by the camera).

The screen is crystal clear and the speed is wonderful!

If you are on the fence about this phone, just do it! It is an awesome phone. I traded in the Note 4. This fits in your hand so much better. It's a bit longer but thinner than the Note 4. The screen is absolutely gorgeous. I can't say enough about this phone. And the experience of purchasing it at Best Buy was quick and easy!

I missed my old note when i bought the s8, so i splurged and bought this new phone to me mainly for the stylus. Feels a little bigger than the S8 and besides that nothing really too different or extraordinary. Pen works great, especially the satisfying click you get when you lock it in place or remove it from the phone.
