I had the note 5 previously then switched to the 8plus. I really liked it but when the note 8 came out I had to have it.

I love the the Note phones because of the stylus. I find it really handy. I love my Note 8. I'm use to having a big phone but this one is really hard to keep in a pocket for me. It fits in your hand better than my past notes but I haven't figured out the best way to carry it around with me when I'm not using my purse..

I wasn't incredibly enthusiastic to buy a new phone, but I needed one, and this note 8 has been thoroughly impressive.

Since I have own this cellphone it is my favorite. Except I really have to watch it because it change my words itself.

Best Buy reps did a great job to upgrade my cellphone, transfer data and complete the transaction in a timely manner.

Waited for the Note 8 after the Note 7 disappointment. Cannot imagine better function, aesthetics and reliability.

Upgraded from S7 Edge and loving this phone so far. Great improvements and glad chose this over the iPhone 8 Plus, but I have also always been a Galaxy Fan. Plus they sendng me a free 360 camera with the purchase. Why I stick with a great product.

I do have some good points but I want to get this issue out of the way. The back does NOT come off and the battery CANNOT be removed. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. There is a bug that can happen at random. It seems rare but it can still happen. I did not have my phone a full six month when it occurred. Shortly after one of the recent updates I accidentally let my phone's power drain down to 0%. Not a big deal, right? Just plug it in. WRONG!!!! There's an issue where on the rare occasion if you let your phone drink down completely it will not charge. It may attempt to charge and show that it's trying but it acts as if there Isn't enough of a charge coming though the cable. Eventually I tried powering it on while plugged in and after leaving it alone for a full hour. The bottom of the screen flashed and that was it. When I called Customer Service we tried a few things before they ended up sending out a replacement phone. Thank goodness for limited warranties! If the battery could have been removed this most likely would have fixed the issue. If it weren't for this particular issue I would have said this phone is perfect. I love the screen size, I like having a more responsive pen and even use it to color line art I've drawn and taken a picture of with the camera feature. Plus I'm a multi-tasker, so having the picture-in-picture feature where I can have a video playing in a window I can move around? Awesome! If it weren't for that bug and the fact that I couldn't remove the battery I would have given it full stars.

Love the phone. The display is great, great quality build and enjoying the use with the stylus. Beautiful phone.

Finally got me the Note8 and so far so good. I waited along time for it to come out and to finally get one, Yeah.

The Samsung Galaxy note 8 is a wonderful phone. With new features like Bixby, it helps me keep myself on track.
