Great phone like all my Samsung Electronics. Not used pen

Love the Note. I have owned one one for the last 5 years.

Signal not real great,is faster at uploading,downloading

Has consistently purchased Samsung phones and this is my first disappointment. Battery life is terrible, was pretty sure it was defective when I got it however gave it a chance and by the time I realized it was the phone itself it was beyond the warranty

Left Android to try out iOS, but i'm back and staying.

I have been a Samsung phone customer since the Note 2.

It does everything every other expensive phone does

Battery dead by 8pm. Everything seems same as note 8

No one available to xfr from old phone to new one.

Bought the Note 9 tonight. Before even setting it up, I plugged it in to charge and immediately got a warning message that water was detected in the power port. A little Googling show this is a known issue with work arounds but no solutions.

I did change my note 5 to the note 9 because I was expecting a better battery that last all day but it doesn't happens with this new phone .. I am a little bet surprise .. and I would like that Samsung will correct this issue some how

I almost returned this phone. I still think it's too big. It was more complicated to set up than I thought it would be. After the 3rd day, I decided to settle and not go through resetting up a different phone.

I had no issues with this phone. Essentially, it’s a fantastic phone. With tons of great ideas and functions Apple will never do. I highly recommend this.

Seems to require pen to type roll pages change sites go back to home page. Wish ads had warned me. I don't like the pen as it makes texting super slow.

While still under 1 year warranty the S Pen stopped working. Look it up - its a consistent problem with the Note 9! Didn't know that before I purchased. I contacted Samsung and they told me to bring it to a repair center that I spent a day dropping off and picking up and they couldn't do a thing. Contact Samsung and they want me to send it in. I get it back 1 week later and it works for less than 90 days. Still under the repair warranty so now I have to send it in to Samsung again. 5 days later get a system generated email that states the unit could not be repaired and they are shipping the unit back to me.! WHAT!! No other information is provided. I have to wait through the week-end and call to find out that they did not ship my phone. I was then told that the email is "system generated" and all the emails state the same thing. If I had not called I would be sitting at home waiting for the phone to be delivered and hoping there were some directions included. Now I have to send in the receipt for purchase despite the fact that when it was first sent in they told me I needed NO receipt as they could see the purchase date in the system. I emailed the receipt as requested in AM. Called at 5 pm and they have not received the receipt. Have now sent it in again, hopefully they receive and process. I am being told it can take 15 business days to process my claim and then send a new phone. Soo.... 1 week for first repairs, 1 week for second request for repairs and now another 3 weeks to get a new phone, that hopefully I will get. And all under warranty. Terrible customer service from Samsung!!!!

It’s a nice phone but I still have not mastered the phone it has nice features so you don’t have to download like the air emoji which is cute. I’m not sue about the video function
