A: If the issue started after you installed a screen protector, then go to Settings >Advanced features > Touch Sensitivity. Enable the setting to increase touch sensitivity for use with screen protectors. Hopefully that solves your issue.
Q: Does this phone offer expandable memory via micro sd?
A: The agent told me yesterday at Verizon's phone store that you can expand the memory with a micro SD card. I read on their website today that memory can be expanded to 400 gb.
A: You can keep your phone unless it says 300.00 off with a qualifying trade in the you wouldn't get the discount if you didn't trade yours in. I bought mine at best buy it was 250.00 off with no trade.
A: I was told by a Verizon agent, through online chat, that the new line needs to stay with the new phone for 24 months, or the credits will stop. It was mentioned by a couple other sources that it is possible to swap sim cards.
Q: I bought my note 9 today but it came without headphones is that how they are giving them now?
A: Headphones should be in the box, they are small ones.
A: Once you receive the phone, you have to download the Samsung shop app on your note 9. From there, you will provide proof of purchase, and be able to claim the AKG Headphones or the Fortnite Bundle.
Q: Will the Galaxy Note 9 be available in black? Or does it just come in blue and purple
A: Only Blue and Purple are available in the beginning in USA. If you are willing to pay a small premium, the black ones are available in other markets.
Q: You only allow to add 1 phone , how is the constitue one free?
A: I was told that the BOGO is only available in stores.
