I was a fan of iPhones since the first generation of iPhones. However, being imprisoned within the apple environment and needing more freedom I tried Android. Never went back to apple since. Android does have it's quirks(hence the 4 stars) I love Android and this Note 9 as it's the best Android phone out there. I did give Pixels a try as I am a Google fan. I own all of their other devices ( except wifi) but feel Samsung makes a better product.getting yourself in a store and physically trying out the various phones you will be able to see for yourselves. It's not just the specs on paper. It's the feel.

This isn't my first Note, but haven't had this phone that long. I don't have any complaints, so far. Like having the note-taking by stylus feature.

This has been a great phone. After two years it doesn't receive major Android updates but is as snappy as day one. The battery life isn't what it used to be but is still acceptable. I'll miss the headphone jack when it comes time to upgrade.

The Note 9 with the pen is the best phone experience. I loved my Galalxy Note 5 but this succeeds far better operating system. I highly recommend this phone for serious people who need a computer for their business. I also have the Samsung tablet an merge my files together with both devices.

I am enjoying my note9. I havent had any glitches yet, so I can say its a great phone, little faster than my note 8, and has a few more perks than the 8.

I use my phone in my real estate business for home, land, and commercial photos. It consistantly takes excellent pictures that I can share with buyers...

I've been this phone for a couple of weeks I am very happy with I had an LG6 and that was terrible. This note 9 very good, will never buy an LG phone again.

I was waiting for the Note 10 come out so I could update my phone. But after seeing that there was no Headphone Jack as well as the camera IN the screen. I am very happy I picked up the Note 9 instead.

This phone is great. I love all the things it can do and the ease at which it does those things. Had to get used to the new update, buts that's not bad. Even learned something new that it does just last week!!.. you should really ditch that iPhone and get a galaxy....

After trying several Verizon stores to purchase my new phone, to no avail, I hit my local Best Buy. I was pleased to find out they had several in stock. The staff is always very helpful with purchases and questions I may have. The free TV promotion was just icing on the cake.

I lost my note 8 and had geek squad insurance. They were sold out of the note 8 online so they sent me a gift card for over 1,000. I bought the note 9 and I love all the features. The only thing that gets on my nerves is the finger print sensor and where its located

What a wonderful smartphone with so many capabilities. I have been wanting to upgrade for about 6 months but had seen awful reviews for the 8 & 9's so I decided to try the Note 9. I'm extremely impressed and have a lot more to learn about it's capabilities & functions!

This is the best phone Samsung made before putting a hole punch on the screen. Only downfall is the camera is pretty weak for 2021 standards. Bad focus and very poor quality when the lighting isn't perfect.

I bought this for my wife to upgrade for her note 5. Not sure what she thinks of it, she just happy that she can take more pictures on it.

This phone puts iphone to shame. I love note taking on this phone. It has made me so much more organized. I litterally take notes on everything. I can even split screen and be reading scriptire while taking notes and watching Shabbat lesson all at once.

Traded in my iPhone 7 to go back to Samsung. Great screen, functionality. Glad to be back after having to return my last Note7 a couple years ago

The new Galaxy Note 9 has gotten alot of upgrades from the previous Note 8. The most notable one is the Surface which is the one of the Notes main features. It is much more responsive as well as can do more. If your looking for a phone that can do it all this is it.

Great product and color! Love the stylus pen it comes with too. You can do so many things with the pen, like take photos without touching your phone, to taking notes in a meeting. Just in love with my Galaxy Note9!

I can never tell a big difference between phones, but i do like the stylus feature on this. It allows you to take pictures which is pretty cool.

Had problems with data transfer. Had problems with porting. Very poor signal strength on phone calls and hotspot. Device holds charge well.
