I'm always skeptical on upgrading phones as I get used to my current one. Not only was the associate assisting me in being confident in my upgrade, but the more I begin to explore the phone I love it even more. I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

Phone has lots of updates from note 4, beautiful display & feels thin & sleek w/out being cheap plastic. Still learning new features. Wireless charging a plus. Got a friend to change from iPhone to this & he is very happy. Highly recommend.

The Samsung -Galaxy Note9 is a great machine and spot on "picture perfect" in many ways. HOWEVER, occasionally feels Beta-ish and it's darn hard to get started using it. Unfortunately, technology is moving way faster than your average human.

Alright,so this phone is something else. Even with the 10s coming out and the pixels this is a powerhouse. If you are a power user, someone who uses your phone for home and work, or even just someone who likes good tech then this is the phone for you.

My wife has always been into the s series of galaxy phones. This time she went for the note9 Now she's using her phone more for note taking during meetings than her laptop. Needless to say she is a happy wife at least as far as the cell phone is concerned.

Ordered this for my daughter. She loves it. Best Buy showed a good price. A week later they showed a price $8 less per month as Deal of the Day, but said it would be a "major process" to try to reprice the Verizon Device Monthly Payments.

Love the phone unhappy with my process of getting the phone my order was canceled 5 times and once going to the store I was told after my order that the deal for wireless charger and $150 gift card ended that day so really note happy about the entire process

Got the Note 9 good phone I'm pleased with it but what I want to touch on was how good the customer service was. A lot of Offical Verizon stores I've visited there reps are to busy talking to each other to service anyone with out sounding annoyed. If Best Buy could allow Verizon Wireless customers a way to use there "Device Dollars" code from the "Verizon Up" program, I would plan to buy my phones from a Best Buy stores only.

This phone has been wonderful. Takes amazing pictures. The only negative would be the price.

I love everything about this phone. Transferring information from my old phone to this new one was everything I needed and more. For the first time in years I am elated over the color, character and technical aspects of this phone. Love it to life.

Like any new phone you'll have to adapt to a few differences. I went from Note 5 to Note 9 and do not regret it one little bit. I've not played around with Bixy much but I love the edge side menu for frequent apps and frequent contacts.

This replaced an S7 Edge so all the new features are fun to use. If you really like taking selfies, this is the phone for you. There's 3 different selfie modes to choose from. That won't be utilized in my case but it will benefit others I'm sure.

I love Samsung and this phone has delivered everything it promised. I almost crossed over to apple so I could face time but I'm so glad that I didn't. If you're eligible to upgrade or add another line.... do it because you won't be disappointed

Love this phone, still using today. Won't waste money on another one till I have to. The price of all phones, not just at best buy, but everywhere, are outrageous. I don't buy unless I have to.

My husband has been dying to upgrade. We got a nice rebate from bestbuy. We were able to switch out his phone without changing terms of contract. What can I say about this phone that hasn't already been said? Nothing, it is a fabulous phone.

It's a good phone. I like the having the s pen. Camera is decent. It still doesn't quite measure up to an iPhone though.

Always loved Android. Went to try an Iphone for 2 years (never again). I like the Note a lot. Not much bloat and you can hide what apps you want. Love the curved screen. Very happy and will get the Note 20 next

I have had my note 9 almost 2 years. This has been a great phone. I am just now starting to catch some flack. The phone is losing signal strength, the phone is starting to freeze up and it gets warm quicker.

Very fast, great display, lots of features - touchscreen is a little bit oversensitive and not the same as my last Note device.

The phone overall is great camera speaker. I don't like the tempered glass makes it harder to type but definitely protects phone
