Fast, sharp images, great camera. It's expensive but I believe it will last years before needing to replace it.

There is not a lot of difference from the Note 8, but the transfer process is great and the new camera is good.

I like that you can move around quickly and easily. The camera is really nice. I really like the edge feature.

The yellow pen is one of my favorite things about this phone. The phone is great overall. It takes really great photos, runs very well and is a very durable phone. The pen has so many cool features, you just have to play with it in person.

The Note 9 is great and takes beautiful pictures. It holds a charge a lot longer than the 8. Very happy!

This is my first Note, and this phone is definitely a step up from my Galaxy S7 Edge. The smartest thing I did was buy a Unlocked phone, therefore, I don't have wasted memory with a bunch of bloatware from my carrier. One positive side, the battery life is great, I can go 24 hours b4 needing to charge it and the camera takes great pics. On the downside, I really wish the phone was a tad bit bigger, and because I got a Unlocked phone, the wifi-calling option and visual voicemail, I'm used to from At&t doesn't seem to be available (as of yet) If you want to save a few dollars, get the S9+ because having this SPen, really doesn't seem worth it.

Samsung always makes a great phone. Coming off the iPhone X, which I loved, to this was an easy transition and I haven't looked back. Weight, screen and speed are great. Hoping it'll last longer than the 14mths my iPhone did.

Amazing phone. Battery last 2 days easy. Charges lightening fast. Way better then an apple product!

This cellphone has a lot of nice features, you can do almost everything on it. Also it is super fast.

I switched from an iPhone 6S to the Note 9 - the Samsung interface is closer to the look and feel of an iPhone than the Pixel. Makes switching easier, though I still haven't been able to get all my contacts switched over to the new phone. The tough glass on front is nice but back glass is not as tough. Only lasted one day while awaiting my case delivery to slip and fall one foot and break. Luckily not affecting camera or sensors. Use a case and screen protector. Battery life is good. Fast charging is nice but with a case has a tough time charging fully. Usually stops charging by 69-72%. No physical mute switch or easy way I have found yet to easily mute all sounds and notification alerts. Have not tested waterproofing and hope I don't need to. Added a Simply Carbon Fiber screen protector.
