Going from the s7 to the Note 9, I like the phone. It’s nice and big. The battery doesn’t seem to last long and I hate the fact that I need new chargers. The phone does charge very fast. Very expensive but it like it.

.. but my device has a few annoying glitches. For example, when I use speaker mode in order to be hands free during a telephone call, it frequently reverts back to regular phone mode, leaving me in limbo about why I can't hear the caller and vice versa. When I use blue tooth mode for hands-free calls, the device drops the connection mid-way through the call. Planning to investigate if it's the device, the carrier or something else. So, I'm not as enthusiastic about the device as I thought I would be.

The camera is amazing and the processor islightning fast.

The cellphone is excellent. I love the color it might be a little to big for but it's okay.

Haven't had any issues with my Note9 since I got it. Powers on and off with ease and no crazy android issues with the operating system. Easy to use and there are a lot of cool hidden features, that once you learn from some online videos, make the phone even cooler. My pen always works properly and I am able to write notes on the screen quickly and without issue.

I needed a phone with ample storage and great features and this phone has what I need.

I bought my very first unlocked phone at Best Buy in Salem Oregon. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesman was very informative and we were in and out of the store within about 20 minutes. The Samsung Note 9 is an awesome phone. I'm coming from an iPhone. I'm loving this phone. The flexibility of the Android operating system is awesome and Samsung brings its own unique features to the device.

I was a bit hesitant before buying this phone since I was an Apple iPhone fan and user until then. I am glad I changed to this phone. Excellent phone all-in-all. Screen quality and sound is amazing. Customizable home screen is great since I have always used iOS. Build quality feels rich. Cloud silver color also adds a great flavor. Bought this during black Friday on a great deal. Overall way too pleased.
