I've had quite a few Samsung devices in the past, and had also always been primarily an iPhone user. However, the Galaxy Note 9 is one of the best devices that I've ever had. I traded by Galaxy Note 8 in for it, and don't regret it at all. Fantastic device! I also love the Gear VR and other things that this can do over anything that Apple current makes!

I love this phone! Battery lasts all day! And I'm all day on my phone

Much faster and prettier than my Note 4. BUT it is quite annoying that the phone screen immediately goes black after dialing or answering a call. This can't be changed in the settings. So in order to activate the speaker phone or hang up a call, you have to press the power button on the side to relight the screen. It's a big pain.

The camera is really good especially in low light. Highly recommend it.

I've had this model for a little bit now. Switched carriers and went with the unlocked model for ease of setup and going out of the country. With carrier models I always had trouble using another countries sim card. The screen is perfect! Might be too large for some people but I've had the note lineup for quite awhile so I'm use to the awkwardness of it.

I moved from note4 to a Note9. And I have been enjoying this phone, easy to use and I do alot of my paper works on this phone. It like a mini laptop to me

I've had many samsung notes in the past. I was excited to continued with the note 9. this phone exceeded my expectations. Beautiful all the way around. The only thing that I really hate is that you can't remove the battery and back cover as easily as with older models. The phone has so many great features you just have to buy one to experience it for yourself.
