I love my Note 9 because it's truly is an unlock phone that works on Verizon Network anybody that know anything knows Verizon has the best network I am with Straight Talk and had this phone at first on AT&T I hate AT&T network so I put my Verizon sim into my phone and it works great with more coverage in more places need not say more

After using my Note 3 since it first came out, I decided to upgrade to this Note 9. Big mistake. The screen, speed and sound are much nicer but that's where it ends. You would think after several years, Samsung and others would have made some mass improvements. The new software is really bad compared to the old which was easy to get around. The old screens were flat which made for easy screen protection, the curved edges do not hold one on for long. My old Note 3 still has the original Otterbox on it that came with a free screen protector which is also still on it. The glass is very slick and is not very responsive and is really hard to type on. The interface is really a pain to get around in. Guess that is why they are changing in 2019. I will be taking this phone back and trading it in on a Google Pixel or something else with a flat screen that you can cover and protect easier. Even the cases you buy don't cover the lower corner where the pen goes.

This is a great poduct. I wasn't expecting it to be such a good phone with long battery life

My sister in laws is very happy to use that and particular about camera using she loves it.

Going from the s7 to the Note 9, I like the phone. It’s nice and big. The battery doesn’t seem to last long and I hate the fact that I need new chargers. The phone does charge very fast. Very expensive but it like it.

.. but my device has a few annoying glitches. For example, when I use speaker mode in order to be hands free during a telephone call, it frequently reverts back to regular phone mode, leaving me in limbo about why I can't hear the caller and vice versa. When I use blue tooth mode for hands-free calls, the device drops the connection mid-way through the call. Planning to investigate if it's the device, the carrier or something else. So, I'm not as enthusiastic about the device as I thought I would be.
