Absolutely love this phone! Battery life is fantastic, normally I get home with normal use (some phone calls, googling, running several Apps, etc) with still more than 50% charge remaining. Sound quality is great and it also works perfectly as remote command center using different apps to control my photo camera, TV and Sound equipment, etc. Never had any issues with the phone. The phone renewal is coming up and the first time I am considering not to upgrade and keep using this phone!

S pen has learning curve. Much faster than s8+. Great cameras, 128G provides lots of internal pix storage before having to use micro sd.

This device is amazing. Got it for the pen capabilities. Holding phone and using the pen as a remote is awesome. Sound from stereo speakers is good for meditation. Apps are great. Flowing and intuitive controls. Fingerprint reader on back is excellent. Loads of memory for my music and photos. I like the phone app and ease of app for contacts. Can go in and out of calls easily. No lag on any app so far. Camera is really great as well. So many auto functions! Exposure controls are so good, no need to use manual mode like I used to on my older phone.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S7 edge and the difference is like night and day. Bigger screen, better quality. Love the expanded internal memory.

I absolutely LOVE my Note 9. The battery life is amazing. The screen size is perfect and the capability of the pen to take pictures is genius.

I started from using Galaxy 5, then Note 8 and now upgrade to Note 9 Silver. I love it especially with the S-pen comes in very handy when taking selfie. The quality of the pictures was so clear and nice color. Of course when come to the price, even great. I got the double features promotion from Best Buy and Verizon with trading my old Galaxy S5 which save me $550. Its amazing deal for a smartphone with so much features.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S8+ and I LOVE the Note 9. The camera is amazing, the battery life is awesome, and the ease of using is great.

This phone is exactly what I wanted. I came from the S8+, which I loved, but wanted something bigger for watching Netflix and YouTube on the go. The only thing I dislike about this phone is how heavy it is. I'm giving 4 stars for that reason. It does hold a charge all day long, which is a big selling point for me.

My wife had a note 5 she loved that finally gave out. She's very pleased with the battery life, screen quality, and speed it runs apps.

This phone has great features and camera. The s-pen accomplishes more than I have figured out yet. It's a little complicated. But so far I'm still loving this devise! So far I only have 2 issues with the phone - Samsung removed the feature that enables messaging notification special tones for each person. Instead, they have to be set for each conversation. Ugh! There is also an issue with showing who's calling when the lock screen is on. There's a work around, but it's inconvenient.

This an upgrade from an S7 and it is great. The bigger screen is sharp and the performance is fantastic. The s pen is quite cool.

This is my first cell phone that I have ever paid for. Previously it was either one of my product designs <2009 or a recent company provided unit. So, glad to finally ditch the iPhone as a primary mobile. Back to the Note9: Loving the size fits well in the hand. The display is good on the aging eyes and the quality of image is excellent. I am also moving from a Nexus7 tablet that finally died, so I am really enjoying the rollover of all the Android functionality and apps I have used before. To me this is a data device first, phone second. I am finally enjoying the text message connectivity to my Toyota, whereas the iPhone would never work. So far I think the battery run time is excellent. I have only run it down to 20% a couple of time after a day of use before putting it on the wireless charger overnight. Very feature packed; I feel like I need to take a class on how to maximize what it can do for me to get the most out of it. I am very glad to have made the plunge on the purchase.

All I can say is wow... the screen, the speed, the sound, all amazing. the S-pen and apps are great. Best phone purchase to date
