Customers love the Galaxy Note9 512GB's camera quality, battery life, and screen size, with many praising its performance and the included stylus. The S Pen and ample storage space are also frequently cited as positive aspects. However, some customers find the phone's price and weight to be drawbacks. The phone's many features are generally well-received.

I have always enjoyed the Note series phones and was crushed when I had to give my Note 7 up. Thankfully, the Note 9 addresses almost all the issues: 1) The RAM and Removable Storage are improved. 2) Video recording improved (smoother). 3) The fingerprint sensor is FINALLY where it should be and feels right with easy access when grabbing the phone for use. 4) Perfect size for larger hands (my glove size is usually XL). The Note 9 marries these with longstanding Pros: 1) Camera is away from the corners where my big fingers don't get in the shot (which is my biggest issue with other phones). That, for me, is a BIG DEAL. 2) And I love, love, love the SPen and use it for important stuff. Not all the time, but when I do use it, you can bet I am glad to have it and think it is such an important part of the phone that I can't believe others don't do this. 3) No notch, hole punch or cut-out for the selfie camera (which would be an obstruction for sketching, drawing, painting and creativity). There are still cons, but they aren't as the cons in other phones: 1) The curved edge surface is not a reliable surface, it's more of an obstacle for drawing and sketching, which I love to do on it. 2) The Bixby button is pretty much useless, I do not like or use assistants. Unfortunately, I understand that it cannot be remapped to be useful for some other functionality, which is lame. I have submitted this review before, and that one was even more detailed, it was deleted probably because I did a lot of comparisons on other brands and models. So, suffice it to say that I think this is still the very best phone available under all brands, models and versions. Do get a scratch protective film for the display, do get a protective case that will meet your needs, it is worth it. I also had a Samsung fast wireless charger from my old Note 7 that works well.

I'll keep it short and simple. I'm a tech head and I've been on team android since the beginning ( I had the first android smartphone - T-mobile G1). I got with Samsung beginning with the S3. I upgraded from the S7 Edge and I love this phone. Battery lasts me about a day and a half on moderate use, I love the S Pen and the unique features it has. The display is gorgeous and the camera is amazing. If you are contemplating on getting this phone, don't. JUST GET IT. You won't be disappointed.

Samsung did it again with another amazing Note. I just can get over the camera, screen, battery life and s pen! Yes I use it and works the best yet. I love using to take quick Notes and they are saved seemingly to S note. Sadly had to turn in my note 7, but this one sure is a step up.
