Great improvement over my S8 and more storage. Camera is nice. Battery life is good for the time I am online.

Good phone, great camera. Phone seems a little slippery to hold onto. The phone is great about holding a charge which is what I bought it for. My criticism would be the price. Over a grand for a cell phone is really high.

My wife loves this phone. The rose color looks great. The phone has an excellent battery life and sound quality. Best camera I have seen on a phone. g It also does not take long to charge when plugged directly into the wall with charger provided. I have an older Samsung wireless charger and it takes about 2:30 hours to charge from 20% to 100%, I consider this too long. Other than the long time it takes to charge on my old wireless charger, I have no complaints.

This is the best phone I've ever had battery lasts a long time, the s pen is easy to use and it's a fast phone

Upgraded from a Note 8 - worth it. Super battery. Great camera. Like the stylus. Even the phone works better.

This is a beast for power users. I made the switch from the Note 8 due to excessive battery drain. The Note 8 battery began its life as it should but I also used a Mophie case battery charger. This is where I believe the problems began. I think the heat generated from the Mophie case while the Mophie was charging the phone, caused premature failure to the factory phone battery. So I traded it in on the Note 9. Needless to say, I won't be utilizing another Mophie charging case. So far the Note 9 is performing ALL day and I have no issues to date.

This phone can do just about everything you would need to do in your office ( i.e. compose and send email, make phone calls, jot down notes from a meeting), that's just the basic stuff. The camera is amazing and the fact that you cam is the S Pen as a remote to snap a picture makes it even better. The touchscreen is very responsive. The acreen size is very nice and the size of the phone overall feels very good in your hand.

I previously bought the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for my wife after 3 weeks of using it I was impressed with the phone so I decided to buy one for myself I love it it's a great phone love the quality of pictures and videos I can take family pictures using the S pen to take the picture I can also play my music using the S pen it's a Awesome phone I recommend it

I traded my iPhone X in on this. Deffinitly not disappointed. It has more speed, the camera is about the same, has tons more features than the iPhone. There are a lot more apps that work with android as well. Bixby and siri are similar but Bixby goes more in depth with what can be done. Love it! Oh, to add one more really nice feature, is the s pen.

I have not found any flaws with this phone thus far. The finger print scanner , iris, and facial recognition Work seamlessly. The phone is extremely responsive with superb resolution and processing times. The added feature of being able to use the stylis via Bluetooth to take pictures from a distance is priceless. After using the phone aggressively for 6 hours straight I still have 20% battery. There isn't much more I could ask for in a phone.

I love the screen size and the stylus. I also appreciate enhancements, such as allowing you to increase the sensitivity of the screen to adjust for thicker screen protectors. Wish they had kept S-Note, but love being able to take notes directly on the screen and save them to the app if my choice. Wish carmode came pre-installed, but adding this app from the PlayStore was ok. Overall, very happy with this phone.

I needed a new phone asap when I saw that my phone was not holding a charge. I wanted something that wasn't to hard to operate. I had read reviews of this phone and they were good. Got the blue phone, beautiful color. But best of all it wasn't that hard to get acquainted with it. The internet has a lot of how-to videos that can help you navigate your phone. Great screen, good camera, and holds a charge for almost 2 days.

Upgraded from the note 5. Camera is better, battery life is much better, more storage...

Upgraded to the Note 9 and i absolutely love the storage and how fast and smooth it has been. The new bluetooth pen that acts as a remote is a nice feature. But the biggest for me was the extra speaker for playing music out loud sounds great.

I have had a Note 3, Note 5 and now the Note 9, very fast, GREAT Battery life and perfect screen
