I have been a fan of Samsung phones for years. Great camera, good quality sound, and the capability of 1TB of total storage. Battery life is great. Android OS is fast too.

I had a note 4 and it was just starting to slow down and drain the battery. The note 9 is screaming fast and I really like the new interface changes. I can get more icons on my home screen and still have room for widgets that give me the other information I want. The battery last me for 3 days.

I'm very happy with my purchase of this phone. I love all the features this phone had. Battery life is awesome. Sound quality is wonderful. Pictures and video quality is awesome! Pen features to take photos is very cool and comes in quite handy. Samsung once again hands down the best phone!

I got this phone a few weeks ago now and was a little hesitant before getting it when I normally don't go with Galaxies or iPhones . But after I got I am impressed on how easy it is to use not to mention can add external storage as well and honestly don't regret getting it it's a great phone

This is my 3rd Samsung phone and second note 9. Crisp beautiful display. amazing battery life and amazing camera. I have only had the phone for two weeks and am still adjusting to the no button functionality of the Note 9 but am learning quick. It is a wonderful upgrade from my Note 5

I will never have to worry about storage again. This beautiful, sleek and fast phone is perfect for a busy mother/grandmother. Pictures, videos and games galore and everything runs smoothly and easily. I'm in love!

Was so happy with my Galaxy 5 and put off getting a upgrade because I don't like change. After only a few weeks I am getting adjusted and have no regrets. The larger size works so much better for my hands and the camera quality is unbelievable. So far I can't find anything I don't like.

This phone has a lot of space. Plus you can add a sim card if additional space is needed. The camera takes awesome pictures. The pen is another great feature. There are so many features that I have yet to try. I'm looking forward to exploring all the options available.

The phone is a lot faster than the other notes. Also it charges quicker and the battery loss longer. You only think I'm having a little trouble is with the volume controls sometimes when I lower all the volume down there is always something else that stays loud and you still rings.

Since having this phone, I have been able to take the best pictures and videos I ever have. They are so clear. The video editor features are nice as well. I also love the ringtone options which are different than I have heard in the past. And the battery lasts for most of the day!

I was surprised at the little improvements from My Note8. The Note9 battery life is stellar. Having the 512GB version leaves with more space than i had on my last 3 phones combined with SD Cards. The 8GB of Ram makes it move buttery smooth. I would definitely recommend this beast.

I got this phone as a replacement for my Samsung S7 Edge. I was having issues with the battery, and needed to upgrade. I went with this phone based on reviews I had seen and past negative experience with LG and Motorola. I have really enjoyed this device so far, everything from my old phone copied over with the Samsung utility app so it was easy to start using. The battery life is far and above what my old phone's was. I can use this phone all day at heavy use and still have plenty of battery until the next day. The Dolby audio setting is not quite as immersive as the iPhone Xs Max, but it's still way better compared to other devices I have used, and really improves the experience watching video or listening to music when I don't have an external speaker.

I bought this Note9 to replace my old SGS7. My initial impression was that it's a major jump in satisfaction. Almost a month later I still agree with that assessment. I use my phone *constantly*! In many ways this Note9 is more convenient than my PC or my laptop. If I went into detail I'd be writing a book. So just a few. If it has probs I haven't found them. The Type C port is way better than the micro. You can plug the cord in without thinking about which direction. It's ambidextrous. The larger screen is great! You get a lot more real estate but it's not too big to fit in your hand. You can see the improvement in clarity & color. Also, it can be set for 6 rows so I have fewer home screens. Work with it & you'll see what I mean. Buy it!

This phone does everything right. It takes great pictures, has an awesome display, a long-lasting battery and many additional features thanks to the Bluetooth stylus. This is my favorite phone since the original iPhone. While it may not be as revolutionary it does everything great.

I previously has a Galaxy Note which made this an easy transition. The camera is even better than my previous phone, and I thought that was good. Love being able to keep notes on my phone- never have to search for pen and paper. Battery stays charged for a long time.

I love the Note phones. I often use the stylus that comes with it. I write notes on my screen to instantly save my thoughts. I also work remotely so sometimes I have to check something work related on my phone and it responds well and the ease of use with the stylus is great!

I upgraded my phone from the Galaxy s7 edge to the Note 9. I havent figured out all the features yet but so far i love it! Its a bigger screen and just a tad heavier than the edge. I love you can use the stylus to take a picture remotely. I would reccommend this phone.

Camera, easy of use speed. Software, sound picture, the phone had no weakness. Had from day one battery allday.. And I watch ESPN at least 2 hours a day and doing miscellaneous stuff get home battery still have about 30 percent that's about a 8 to 14 hour day off high use

Love this phone! Will take me a lifetime to use all it's features. Screen colors are sharp & clear. Pictures are great quality. Love the extra storage feature. Using ArmorEdge screen cover so you have to press/tap harder on keystrokes to get phone to pick them up.
